I have been going to this dental practice since 1986. I have great conversations with Lori and Jana while they clean my teeth and they are thorough and knowledgeable but friendly. Dr. Zobel is clear and direct and personable and seems completely competent and comfortable in the practice. I advise scheduling routine exams and cleaning well in advance, as its hard to get an appointment. But for dental treatment or emergencies one can be seen fairly quickly.

Dr Zobel has done a great service to me and my wife. I would suggest everyone to check this office out, you wont be disappointed. Lori is my hygienist and I giver her 5 stars as well. Sue is the receptionist and the smile she gives when you enter the office makes you feel welcome.. Going to the dentist office is not my favorite place so Dr Zobels staff helps lessen the anxiety. Thanks to all the staff for making my visit so nice.

I started going to this practice about 10 years ago after having had a bad experience elsewhere in Ithaca, and I love it. All of the staff are very professional and caring. Only downside is the lack of availability of lunchtime appointments and scheduling--the whole office closes for lunch--but that is pretty minor in comparison to all of the good things.

I saw Dr. Zobel recently and he was able to correct multiple issues with my teeth with great care and explanation along the way. His staff was very helpful and courteous, and Dr. Zobel was very helpful explaining what had happened and what he was doing to remedy it. Full disclosure of risks & healing time; accurate estimation of pain & discomfort level. For someone as terrified of the dentists chair, being prepared for what to expect really reduces the anxiety.

I had my regular cleaning by Lorrie Fitzgibbons, and she always does an excellent job. Ive been going to her for cleanings for years & years. She is always very professional and an expert at her job. Dr. Zobel is also very thorough and professional. I highly recommend this Dental office!

Never had a bad time there, 28 years from Shields to present. My wallet has got a light lighter in past years to present, but a devoted for customer maybe or a Ithaca resident for the time residing here? I recommend! At least one has to go there once to form their own opinion!......

I recently had to have a root canal and faced the appointment with great apprehension, after all, who has not heard of a root canal horror story? Well, Dr. Zobel did a wonderful job and it was basically pain free! I recommend his services highly. His staff is top notch as well.
