i am a long time (15) plus years patient of Dr. Peet. i have been a patient of many GPs in my 74 years, but have never encountered a more knowledgeable, caring, efficient and professional medical doctor than she. instead of condemning me regarding my bad habits, she tirelessly reminds me of the benefits of a more healthy lifestyle, always encouraging me with an array of available options and solutions to my healthcare needs . furthermore, she has never failed to promptly and correctly address many potentially serious medical issue encountered by me, over the years. its a small office, therefore efficiency is key, they dont have time to babysit you, nor allow you to waste their valuable time. my purpose in writing this review is to counter some negative reviews i have read, which are totally contrary to my experience. Dr. Peet is a GREAT DOCTOR

This Doctors office is unfortunate. The lady at the front desk sorely lacks customer service skills. Shes rude, unorganized and hostile. She refuses to make exceptions when circumstances call for flexibility and gives the air that the office is desperate for money. This office lacks the technology to take payment over the phone and insist that payments be made by check or money order even in this age of Paypal or other 3rd party payment applications that would be more convenient for the. They also have to out source all X-rays and Lab test because there is no equipment on site. If Dr. Peet has any interest in customer retention, this office needs to step into the times and fire the off-putting, offensive lady at the front desk. I wont be returning.

Dr. Peet is very Friendly and nice,she is genuinely cares about you and your health! She takes the time to ask questions,listen to your answers,listen to your questions and answer them too. She wants to help you and to solve the problem. I love Dr Theresa Peet and would recommended her to anyone. Its a small office, but their all very friendly and personal. The receptionist is friendly.

The whole staff at Dr. Peets office has been so helpful and kind. I have to take my elderly mom to Dr. Peet and she is wonderful with her. So thankful I was recommended to go to Dr. Peet.

Terrible! The last 3 times Ive been, they were running an hour behind. Front desk help is not apologetic or eager to please. You have to leave several messages to get any response.
