Worst practice EVER! ZocDoc confirmed my appt. They (Dentist office) even texted me to remind me about the appt! & I get there the door is locked. I call the office & she tells me the office is closed today. That I probably scheduled with the Bethesda office. Um no Im pretty sure I picked the one in White Oak. Apparently they are having issues with there "servers". I work in the medical field. We call ALL our ZocDoc pts to either confirm the appt or ask further questions. & She had the audacity to ask if I wanted to book an appointment with her. UM NO! Why would I even consider being a patient from this practice. ✌

Ive had the worst time with their invisalgn treatment. The Rockville office is completely unresponsive when they receive questions. The office does not follow up with you at all. If you are busy person I would NOT recommend this practice. I had an appointment there and then when I got there they had no idea what the appointment was for. Invisalign is an expensive treatment, and if you expect frequent check ups and answers to questions, and responsive office dont go to this place.

I had an implant surgery about 15 years ago with Dr. Kim when he had an office on Old Georgetown Road. I still use that tooth without any problem and I was told by other dentist that the implant was done very well. I wish I can go there for my dental issues but it is too far for me to go to him since I live in NJ. He is the best dentist Ive experienced so far...
