Do not WASTE your TIME or MONEY here! They have no respect, care or any sort of service for their customer, even a new one that they are supposed to impress. I changed my dentist to this place as its much closer to where I live. Made an appointment for a cleaning / initial appointment about two months in advance. In the meantime, had a tooth ache stemming from my wisdom tooth so I contacted their emergency line. Never heard anything back. Thank God the pain ended up dying down on its own, Im glad they are a dental office and not doctors otherwise people would probably bleed to death and pregnant women would never make it to the hospital with that kind of service from them. Still waiting to hear back regarding my "tooth emergency" after about 5-6 weeks. The cleaning appointment was scheduled on a Monday. The Friday before, they leave me a voicemail saying they may need to change the appointment time. What I did wrong, was I thought its just a confirmation message and skipped over it. On Monday, I go to the appointment and they tell me its not at 9, its at 11. I say I am very certain its at 9. They say they changed it as the doctor had to perform a procedure for another client, and they are in the right to do so. I went ahead and checked my voicemail again then. They NEVER left me a message with the new time, they didnt say the appointment time was changed, just that they wanted to change it. What a customer oriented business is that! Now looking back at it, I think I was actually saved by all this otherwise BRIGHT NOW dentists would probably find a dozen things wrong with my teeth. Thank God for the little misfortune and waste of time and effort, as it saved me from a much larger potential bull**** with this place.

I wish there was an option to give this dentist office 0 stars. First off when I tried to make my first appointment I was rescheduled twice, then show up for my appointment the third time and was told they werent going to be able to fit me in ( for an appointment that was made the week before).... once I was able to actually see a dentist I was told that I needed 3 fillings, so I made another appointment and got the first one done. For this 1 filling I was quoted $25, when I went to pay they charged me $90 because "they had to go extra deep". Immediately after the filling I was in horrible pain, more than the normal dental pain, I got it adjusted multiple times and nothing changed the pain. So I decided to get a second opinion at another dental office, where I was told 1.) I do not have any cavities, he had no idea what Bright Now was talking about when they said I needed 2 more filling so I was lied too, so they could make extra money 2.) that the tooth they filled and was "so deep" was probably never even a cavity, and did I mention that this tooth that never even needed a filling is now cracked and has to be pulled because of his horrible work!?!?..... I called my insurance company to report them and ask about the increase in price of the filling and come to find out they should of never charged me that much and I need to get my money back. I am now in the processes of fighting to get my money back that they will not give me. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. DO NOT GO HERE EVER.

I could go on with my day without sharing my awesome experience at Bright Now Dental! I have always had fear of the dentist, needles, and all that comes with taking care of your teeth. Anytime I have had an extraction I had to be sedated and so nervous that it was always a horrifying experience. I went in last and was greeted by office staff Calia(The name may not be correct) who was courteous and patient. When I went to the back the dental assist was the same and assured me that everything would be okay. When Dr. Selenou-Tema, DDS came in his gentle tone, explanation, and plan for my extraction relaxed me and calmed some my fears! As I exited at the front desk I was greeted by Ericka who gave me instructions and callmly and politely assured me that all would be as well as clearly reviewed and explained what my cost would on that day and today before I left today...Awesome Customer Service!!!! I followed Dr. Selenou-Temas plan and returned the next day and the service was the same. Dr. Selenou-Tema talked me thru the extraction while constantly inquiring if I was okay..The next thing I know it was done!! Dr. Selenou-Tema You rock!! Gigantic Kudos to the staff as through your care, understanding, politeness, and patience I have overcome my fear as I know that I am in good hands at Bright Now Dental!! My Dental Team for Life!!

I hadnt seen a dentist in 10 years and I have a LOT of anxiety about going to the dentist. At my first appointment I was told that I had 4 cavities (my first four ever) that had to be filled and I went yesterday to have that done. Dr. Selenou-Tema was very aware of my anxiety and made SURE I had enough novocaine that I was comfortable. The dental hygenist let me hold her hand (no one seemed overly bothered that at 32 I had to hold someones hand for the Novocaine). I was there for quite a while, but I felt well taken care of. My only complaint is that I wasnt told exactly what the "medicine" they put in my teeth was (it was an indirect pulp capping), just that I needed to come back in 6 months, which is apparently when you go back and they make sure that the pulp cap worked and you get a more permanent filling. However, I think that they were trying to manage my anxiety which was nice. Id highly recommend this place, ESPECIALLY if you have a lot of anxiety about the dentist. They will take very good care of you and make sure youre as comfy as possible. I would be sure you ask questions about after care for any procedure since I wasnt told a lot.

I received a flyer in the mail for a $29 dental cleaning and exam. I thought why not, so I call the number on the flyer for this Duke St. office. I am somehow routed to a call center in Texas. The lady said I must have pressed the wrong prompt. I never heard any prompts to press. But of course she didnt care long enough to find out what was wrong. She told me to call back in 5 minutes to try again. I didnt do that. Instead I called maybe a week later and got the same call center. She put me on hold acting like she was going to find out what was wrong. A few minutes later she answers the phone like she just took a new call. I told her I was just talking to her about not being able to get through to the proper office. She puts me on hold for a few more minutes. I hung up. I then immediately saw that they have an online appointment request, so I did that. 3 days later I have not gotten any response. The number on Google is different from the flyer. I do not want to try it because I decided not to go to this place based on this and the Yelp reviews. Better off paying more for good service.
