Excellent practice. I transferred over from someone in the same network through Dental Associates of Northern Virginia that I wasnt really happy with and now I couldnt be any happier. The location is great. The staff is very professional and friendly. My dentist Dr. Leiner is wonderful. If you are a patient that has a hard time getting numb from Novocaine injections, he has an excellent numbing technique that will surely get you numb for any major work you might need. He also makes the appointments fun and I never thought Id say this, but I actually now look forward to my dental appointments. I really like the other doctors at this practice too. Every single doctor here is very thorough and their assistants are very nurturing and on top of your care/comfort. No one tries to rush you out and they actually take the time to listen to you. This place is also honest and will not try and nickle and dime you unlike most dental offices out there. Good dentists are hard to come by nowadays through my own meandering experience, so I know which dentist Ill be seeing for regular cleanings and checkups from now. That said, I highly recommend this particular practice to anyone out there that is looking for an awesome network of dentists!

Ive been to this dental practice many times over the past few years and have generally had a very good experience. However, my last visit was a complete disaster. I went in for a teeth whitening procedure and, after the dental assistant inserted the gum-protective receptacle with the bleaching material, she left for more than 20 minutes to attend to another patient. In the meantime, the receptacle in my mouth became loose and the bleaching material leaked onto my upper gum and upper lip causing bad burns. While this was happening, I was literally screaming from my patients chair from the burning pain and no one heard me or came to my rescue. By the time the dental assistant finally came back, the damage had already been done with bad burns on my upper lip. I think its inexcusable that the dentist would instruct the dental assistant to work on another patient while leaving me stuck with powerful bleaching material in a receptacle in my mouth without anyone there to check on me until the bleaching was completed. I greatly regret even having this procedure done. Not a good day at the dentist office!

After having my mouth butchered at a dental office in Chicago I avoided the dentist like the plague for 3 years! When I moved back to the DC area I was fortunate enough to have a family member recommended that I go in and see Dr.Lebonitte. After my first exam and cleaning at Dental Associates my anxiety had diminished! Seven years later Im still going to this practice. My wife, kids and myself have had the pleasure of being helped by Dr.Pryor, Dr.Choudhary, Yadco (hygienist), Dr.Lebonitte and his assistant Kio. All are true masters of their profession. The staff that work at the front desk and behind the scenes are also a pleasure to deal with! Scheduling is always on point and the appointment reminders are great! Id highly recommend Dental Associates of Northern Virginia! Thanks for providing great service!

Dr. Lebonitte is hands down the BEST dentist around!!! Not only did he make me feel 100% comfortable from my very first visit, he always takes the time to explain everything to me in detail. Dr. Lebonitte is one of the funniest guys around so it helps if you are scared of the dentist like I first was to have him there to not only comfort you, but make you laugh!! His hygienist, Nicole is awesome as well! Shes quick, efficient and super sweet. The entire staff is really amazing. They are always so welcoming with their warm smiles! All 3 of my children (12, 9 and 4) see Dr. Lebonitte and each one of them absolutely ADORE him!! If you are in search of a dentist, take it from a very picky mother and individual, do not hesitate to see Dr. Lebonitte and team, they are truly the BEST!!

Dr. Paul Harris is AMAZING!!! I am sensitive to pain. Dr. Harris has a technique of administering the pain medicine so that it minimizes the pain I will feel. He was in tune with me as his patient, throughout the dental procedure. He paused frequently to make sure I was ok. And, he explained each step, along with options that may impact my budget. He is everything I want in a dentist- courteous, friendly, professional and he provides a level of expertise above and beyond the norm. Once you have seen Dr. Harris, your search for a great dentist will be over! Additionally, Hilda, his assistant, is AWESOME! I am not in the habit of sharing online so for me to do it now says how much I believe in Dr. Harris, Hilda, and Dental Associates of Northern Virginia.

Dr. Edward Fishman was highly recommended to me by one of my colleagues many years ago. From my first consultation, I was very impressed with Dr. Fishmans excellent advice regarding the condition of my teeth and the type of work to be done. To this day, I am very happy and grateful that I listened to his recommendations. Even my oral surgeon complimented Dr. Fishmans beautiful job on my six implant crowns. Over the years, Dr. Fishman took very good care of other conditions of my teeth. I am very lucky that I have a dentist who is very competent in his profession. He is also kind, considerate, and honest. The atmosphere in Dr. Fishmans office is always very cheerful and pleasant. He also has a group of efficient staff working with him.

My family has gone to Dr. Butts since 1991. Our children, now grown and moved away, loved him and his assistants. Dr. Butts has kept our teeth and gums healthy and in place (also done implants on my husband) -- we are so thankful for him. I"m now 72 and my husband is 81, and we feel that he is responsible for our being to eat naturally and not have all kinds of mouth and teeth problems. The entire staff, dental and office, is so friendly and skilled at what they do. Its actually a pleasure to go to the dentist -- when our kids were young and Id tell them we were going to the dentist they would actually say, "great"! This is a totally awesome dental practice, and I recommend it without reservation.

Dr. Butts and his entire staff are caring, professional, and understanding. They work hard to ensure that my teeth and gums are healthy. I have been going to Dr. Butts for over twenty years and have NEVER had a problem with any work he or his staff has done. I have enjoyed the benefits of Dr. Lebonittes dental expertise for well over 30 years. His technical abilities are the highest quality and his welcoming personality make every visit both worthwhile and pleasant. Also, his dental hygienist, Nicole Charnoubi, has been very professional in her practice as well as courteous and cheerful every time Ive visited for a "cleaning." Finally, at the front desk, Hindia, has always been welcoming and helpful. All three of these individuals are professional and add greatly to the quality of care at Dental Associates. One word of caution, however: Dr. Lebonittes jokes have not improved over the course of 30 years.
