Very rude, hung up the phone when I tried to make a appointment and ask the front desk lady to confirm whether they accept my insurance. She can not find me in her computer system and asked me to call the insurance company. I said I already did and has provided her all the information I had. As far as I was told by the insurance company, this office is an in-network provider. I asked her if she could call. She said I was wasting her time and hung up.

My daughter & I both had exams; the exam was good & the doctor was very gentle with my daughter, who was nervous. We were able to order our glasses right away, but when they called me to say they were ready, only mine were there. My daughters glasses didnt come for another few days, and then they were "defective" and broke in the office. Were still waiting to get them...

Dr. Teunis and his staff are first class all the way! They were able to fit me in on a last second notice and had me in/out in less than 30 minutes. They did a great job explaining my insurance coverage and recommending the proper contact lense. I HIGHly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a professional Optometrist.

Ive been satisfied with the quality of care. Dr. Teunis was the first to spot a deterioration in one eye and suggest that I follow up with a specialist. It required routine minor surgery, but could have been worse if it had not been found right away.

Nice guy. Ive been going to him for many years. He goes the extra mile to make sure youre happy with whatever contacts or glasses he fits you with, thats why I keep going to him. Nice office and office staff too.

I have been to other doctors in the area too and foind this eye care center to be better among them. Both doctors are nice. Selection of frames is also good.

The place smells like yeast, probably from the subway right by it, but the people are really nice, and the doctor knew what he was doing.
