I have been a customer of this establishment for over 20 years. Early on, my relationship with it was rocky; the then owner, now deceased, was often gruff; he even YELLED at me once: "Im giving you the discount, so why are you complaining?". (Sorry, folks, but stuff like this stays with me when I experience such odd behavior, as a customer, for goodness sake!). I dont know why I didnt just flee and never come back! But I stayed loyal, and the ownership changed, and things are much much better. Prices are reasonable, but hold firm if you want something and youre being quoted something higher! Service is first-rate.

A true act of kindness!! I walked in at 5:50 pm hoping they can do something for the broken Handel of my dental loops! The owner was very helpful and took them back and fixed them immediately! I was so excited since I had been working on my patients without my loops and it was giving me a headache for 2 days. I also could not believe it when I offered to pay and he did not charge me for this amazing service! I had a smile on my face all the way home! Thank you! I will be back for sure.

I walked in with a screw missing from my sunglasses. He took the broken sunglasses and loose lens into the back and fixed it up in under a minute. Did not let me pay anything for the service or replacement screw. Very kind considering this was my first time in the store.
