Absolutely stellar customer service. I chose this business because it had good reviews and accepts my personal vision insurance plan. On my first appointment, the doctor spent extensive time making sure my new prescription was right (I had felt it was incorrect from my previous doctor). I bought new glasses and they found out that I also had vision coverage on my work plan, so Im able to afford both glasses and contacts. They have lots of designer frames, but I chose from the non-designer options because of my insurance and affordability. When the glasses arrived less than a week later, they didnt fit properly. They have already allowed me to return free of charge to get adjustments - and if the frames ultimately dont work, I can get a new set and only have to pay the difference in cost - not have to start all over. This is hugely valuable to me not only because of my budget but because of their consideration and customer service. Im made to feel like Im truly receiving a service, and the service professionals dont act like Im a burden or inconvenience (like Ive experienced at some businesses before when things werent quite as expected). Will definitely continue to return here although its not close to my work or home because theres such great staff and doctors here.
