Terrible office - false insurance claims for contact lenses that were never ordered and inability to file basic insurance coverage (for annual eye exam and fittings). Instead, choose to charge you then lie that your insurance doesnt cover basic eye exams then throw in your face that YOU are responsible for knowing your insurance coverage not them! Escalate? Rude response in the prior sentence.

They have served me well for a number of years. And their fitting staff is first-rated being able to get lenses for all my various frames. Ive set them orders via email while deployed overseas and have been pleased with their services. The location in Falls Church is pretty good and access will be better once the road construction on Gallows and Lee finishes.

He is cheerful, answers all my questions and when I enquired about Lasik treatment, he explained very patiently all details about it. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a good eye Dr. in the Northern Virginia area.
