I just came from the Wheaton Pearle Vision store. After having picked up my glasses today I felt obliged to write a review about what wonderful service I received and how impeccable the staff was! Smiling faces and a friendly bunch of real swell people work there! My glasses are the best I have ever had! Reasonably priced and I can see again! The selection to choose from seemed very up to date and many to choose from. The gentleman that helped me select a frame appeared quite knowledgeable and knew just what to pick for me. And the glasses were made perfect....although one little GLITCH was that the color of the frame seemed wrong so they ordered a new one for me and let me "borrow" a pair until the new frames came in. WHAT EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!!! I am pleased and will return there for sunglasses after my trip abroad. Thanks Pearle Vision Wheaton!

Ive been coming here for 5 years for eye exams, contacts & glasses. Not only are the prices reasonable but the staff is absolutely amazing! They would be patient enough with me even if I tried on every pair of frames in the store!!! They give an honest opinion and are spot on! I almost went to a competitor when I was out of town because I thought I found the perfect frames but when I called Pearle to have my prescription transferred I asked if they could order these frames for me. Of course they could!!! But it turned out that I found even a better frame in the wide selection at Pearle.

I was extremely nervous going into my checkup today, because I have had some bad luck with customer service experiences since moving to Wheaton and this would be my first eye exam without one of my parents present, but everyone at this Pearle Vision was extremely congenial and helpful. The doctor himself was very personable and competent, and while I didnt end up getting any frames from them, they have an excellent selection. I am definitely going to make this my yearly place for as long as Im here!

WOW!! Amazing service. They were able to find a pair of prescription sunglasses I have been looking all over the area for. They arrived in under a week and after taking a quick measurement I was out of the store within 15 minutes. Unfortunately I just bought a pair of designer glasses from my old store and was disappointed with the lack of selection. I was shocked to see the huge selection of designers frames at Pearle Vision. Looks like a found a new store for the future.

The service they have provide so far has been great. The price was very reasonable and since then we have been back for adjustment several times and every time people who work there been great, friendly and helpful. There is a gentleman who works here by the name of George, he has gone above and beyond every time we have been there for adjustment and two replacements in one year. very happy with their service. Amazing place for an eye exam. Went yesterday to see if I qualifed for contact lenses and I did! First time wearer. The Dr. Was very through and friendly with my exam. Explained every step of the way. So excited to be wearing contacts, and being able to see clearly without the need for glasses. I ordered glasses too, were ready in less than 30 Minutes. Great place to go for your eye checkup, glasses or contacts.

I have been going to this Pearle Vision for at least 10 years and their customer service is consistently great. Also, I have not seen any change in their personnel in years. Im not sure what Tony (the manager) does to keep his team together and sincerely happy, but he should write a book on how to serve your customers. Keep up the good work guys, you are all AWESOME!

Service is o-k, but were not talking Joe Sixpack prices here. Even with $200 in insurance, I ended up paying $600 for two pairs of unexceptional frames with a middle-level prescription. Thats at least $150-$200 too much. After the exam, the optician flogged the sales department which I didnt think was very professional.

The staff were great; interested and accommodating. However, I want to really rate Dr. Kepner. He was wonderful, professional and through. Has a great manner, explains everything and is interested in you understanding your eye health. Really great and I would highly recommend him and this location.

I have been a Pearl Vision customer for over 30 yrs I also have 2 children who use pearl , first glasses than contacts we are very happy with the doctor and the staff. I had to return at least 5 times in one yr to fix broken glasses Everyone there is very friendly and very helpful love pearl vision

Great experience!! Excellent customer service. I went for an eye exam. Dr. was so nice and patient and explained every step of the exam to me. I feel comfortable and informed. The employees helped me a lot and gave me space to decide about frames. They have parking and the store is spacious.
