Not a pleasant experience. The store environment isnt very inviting. The eye doctor, Dr. Pierce, I had didnt seem too smart, they werent that nice and was incompetent. My appointment was for an eye exam, and my exam took an hour and a half til I was out of there, thats way too long for a simple exam! Plus, the prescription for my new glasses was wrong, I had to go elsewhere to get it fixed. Overall, not recommended, look elsewhere.

The reviews I read are obviously outdated. Not only did Pearle at the Hanover Mall get me an appointment in a respectable amount of time, both Dr. McMann and the staff are phenomenal. They were on point, friendly and I was quite comfortable. Better yet they have a price match for contacts... considering I wear contacts for astigmatism I saves a LOT of money compared to where I went last year (same insurance). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I came here always as a kid, and did so as a young adult. If you dont have vision insurance this place will kill your wallet. It cost me nearly $700 for a checkup and a pair of glasses. Went to Walmart and paid a total of $125 for the check up, frames, and lenses. Theyre also the longest lasting pair of frames Ive ever had. Ill never go here again simply for cost.

Went in there 2/21/17 looking for glasses and 3 girls stood at the office desk, on the right side of the store, chewing the fat. They looked at me a few times and went back to their conversation. Not one of them asked if they could help me. I walked out and wont go back.
