Just moved to Dracut, and finding a new eye doctor was a little tricky for me. But Im very happy I ran into this clinic. Dr Donald Hill is a very nice doctor, he knows his information very well and helped me correct my vision from my previous eye doctor. I got my appointment within 2 months which is good because I was on my last pair of contact lenses. This clinic is close to my new home and very convenient for me (rather than driving to Rhode Island for my previous appointment). I really would love to thank Jane for assisting me with my new glasses choice, she is an absolute generous and honest person when helping me decide on my glasses. She has a great smile and very welcoming to myself and everyone else. Overall I had a great experience and cant wait to get my glasses and contacts soon!

Services, no problem except the wait time for an appointment but I purchased my glasses there and bought the extra insurance in case of scratches. Speed up a year and a half and my glasses are very scratched, cant afford new glasses, so I call before the insurance is expired to get new lenses (I paid for the benefit) now I am told we have to send your frames out to have lenses put in them!!! Really? How does one see without them?????????? Why cant they simply order new lenses and put them in in the office in half an hour while I wait?! Looking for new Eye doctor and will ask questions about process for getting new lenses! UGH

I have been going to this eye doctor my whole life. The eye doctors have always been great. However, I had run out of contacts and tried explaining my situation to the office manager, Karen, over the phone. She kept interrupting me and didnt allow me to speak. When she said she might be able to order me trial contacts until I could get an appointment, she said there would only be five and I said that was better than nothing and she replied "whatever". Long story short, I found another eye doctor in Chelmsford who has a very friendly staff and was able to fit me in same day.
