Fantastic team of professionals at every level I started out at Lexington Eye Assocs in Lexington for routine eye exams with a great ophthalmologist, Dr. Kieval, when I lived in town. Having recently moved to West Concord, the Baker Ave location is even more conveniently located. Lots of parking there, and I can even walk when Im feeling like getting some fresh air. As in Lexington, the staff are ALWAYS extremely friendly and helpful, explaining patiently everything in understandable detail -- even when I ask to "please go over that again." My most recent procedure was eye surgery for cataract removal in both eyes. I cant praise my eye surgeon and her team highly enough. Every step of the process was outlined and explained -- from diagnosis to testing to surgery and post-op care.

Time management of this clinic is not professional. Had an "appointment" at 3:30 and now is 4:40 but still my doctor doesnt show up without any notice.. As I just asked whats going on and complained, their response is "sorry but this is typical waiting time, and waiting more or not is up to you." They dont respect patients time at all, neither do they tell me in advance how much time I would wait. At least they should have told me if there is a delay.. The doctor is nice and excellent, though.

Absolutely Ridiculous!!! My Child had an appointment at 9:45 this morning. We were there at 9:30 Dr Kieval did not see her until 11:20 and he thinks this is completely acceptable? He only had to check a spot in the corner of her eye and compare it to a picture from last year. He only saw her for 5 min. and tells me to come back next year. Are you kidding me!!!!! Sickening!! Oh and it would not let me post until I put up a star it should be no stars!!!

Excellent practice. Beautiful clinic office with ample parking. Clinic has multiple partners on staff and waiting rooms for each one. I had a great experience with my 2 1/2 year old son, thanks to the very friendly staff. They definitely know how to work with kids, and that is a welcome change from most doctor offices. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great Optometrist or Ophthalmologist.

Been going here for at least 12 years. MDs are very nice and thorough. They do not hurry you along to get to another patient. Techs are professional and very nice. Desk staff is rude. I have never once in 12 years called about an appointment and had a pleasant experience. You are received as if you are interrupting their day. Enough to make me change practices.
