I have been a patient of Dr. Hairston for the past several years. In this time, I have found him to be an outstanding doctor who is 100% committed to the care of his patients. He is incredibly thorough in his exams, and always takes the time to listen to any concerns or questions I might have. Most recently, I decided I wanted to wear contact lenses. I have astigmatism and near blur, both of which made finding the right contact lens a bit more challenging. Dr. Hairstons patience and persistence were unbelievable. He was determined to find a lens that would work for me, and his extensive knowledge and expertise in contact lenses allowed him to do so. Most doctors would have given up, but not Dr. H!! he is always on the quest for what will work; incredibly innovative, kind, and caring. So I am happily wearing multifocal contact lenses, my vision is great, and I cannot thank Dr. Hairston enough for all of his great work. He rates well beyond five stars in my eyes.

When the $500+ Undergram glasses that Dr. Hairston sold me needed repair he wouldnt look at them or speak with me but his office staff insisted that they would have to go back to the vendor in California. I pointed out that I couldnt function w/out my glasses but no other solution or effort was made. I contacted the vendor and was told to have the Dr. contact them and they would supply a temp pr. After the Drs. office contacted the vendor this option was suddenly off the table, the rep. at the vendor would not take my calls and the Drs.receptionist told me to buy a cheap pair of glasses.

Tracy is awesome. He was totally committed to the care of my eyes. I got a great pair of glasses for a great price. The office is very nice. The front desk staff is also amazing. You feel like you are at a resort!
