Ive been going to Studio Optics for years and Ive never had anything to say except great things! Dr. Willinger does a thorough exam, but doesnt take ages doing it like some eye doctors Ive been to. Ive even been able to get an eye exam during my lunch break which was amazing. I get in, get my prescription, get any questions I have answered and Im out of there usually with a beautiful pair of glasses coming my way in a week or so. I also love the staff! Theyre extremely nice and have helped me so much over the years in deciding on frames and the best lenses to put in them. Ive even picked up a few pairs of prescription sunglasses (definitely worth it). Id recommend Studio Optics to anyone!

Theyre rude not just on the phone but in person, almost demeaning. I went in for glasses, they showed me what my insurance covered, and then said okay bye when i chose a pair. Never told me that it was going to take up to 10 days for my glasses I had to ask. Then even put a claim out on my insurance for an eye exam when I never got one there. When I called to have them cancel the claim they told me to come in so I could just get glasses, I said no and then abruptly they said they would call and cancel then hung up on me.

Stopped by since they are one of the eye care providers. They had nice selection of frames but the customer interaction was lacking greatly. When I asked how I can take advantage of my plan, I was told I can do that for myself online. A rep was jot interested in explaining to me in the context of the service they provide. Pretty disappointed.

I am able to get an eye exam at any time and at short notice. I have been going here for over 5 years now and have never had any issues with booking an appointment. They use state of the art technology for exams and have a vast inventory of frames and on hand contact lenses.

This place is horrible! A family member went there & is legally blind. They shouted out her prescription and proceeded to laugh . Then sent her on her way without shaded glasses after getting her eyes dilated. NICE!!!!!

The best in MetroWest. I have tried all major optical stores over the years they all got script wrong. Not so with Studio Optics . I can see and have great looking glasses. Try you will be glad you did.

Loved the help I received here. They worked with me from the eye exam through the choosing of glasses. Great selection of glasses and they explained all the options to me. Great location and good people.

Ive been to many optomitrists as Ive lived in many places. The prescriptions, frame styles, and service from Dr Willinger are the best Ive found so I keep coming back whenever I am in Massachusetts.
