My first two visits to the eye doctor were with an associate of the office and those two visits went surprisingly well. Fast forward to one year later and I have my annual exam which I figured I would schedule with the owner of the practice - what a mistake that was! I ask how long it would be before I see the doctor and they tell me he is running late, but no one had the courtesy to call and let me know yet they want 24 hours before you cancel your appointment or you will be charged.

My experience was horrible. Upon arrival, I was told by the reception staff that I couldnt be seen unless I paid $100. They didnt even offer to enroll in a payment plan or inform me beforehand that this would be a possibility. Please keep in mind, that I have been going to this doctor for years. I have also scheduled appointments for my husband and son to be seen. Guess what? They just lost 3 customers and I will never refer anyone there again!
