Dr. Osmanski is very nice, but the girls in the office are liars. Apparently, at this place, the contact prescription isnt real unless you try different contacts and then call them to tell them which ones you like best, which then makes your prescription official. At every other eye doctor Ive EVER been to in my 39 years of life, after my exam, I was ALWAYS handed a paper with my contact prescription on it. I was NOT told at this place their ridiculous rule, and when I called the day before my prescription expired so I could get a copy and order some more contacts, they told me no because I have a trial prescription. When I asked what they were talking about, they told me that nonsense about making the prescription official. When I said that I didnt know that, Maries answer was, "Well we cant read your mind." If you go here, BEWARE this ridiculous policy. In fact, pick a different place to go so you can actually get a copy of your prescription.

My daughter told me how wonderful Dr. John is so I was so looking forward to my appointment, and for appointments for my two sons eye checkups as well. However, the three office workers made so many mistakes and fabrications, and were even downright rude, that Im afraid to switch to that office now! Ive never seen such unprofessional bungling office workers in my life. I think Ill pass thank you.
