Horrible customer/patient service. The fact that you have to wait 2 hours just to find out what your results on an allergy test were is ridiculous. Wait time is insane and dont even try calling the office because they will either not answer or give you an attitude. I was supposed to get a set of 3 shots over the course of a few months and I never got the third shot because the office didnt have them available. A year has past by and they still havent called me about it after Ive called dozens of times. Absolutely horrible.

Expect 2 hours or more to see her.The staff when I would called they will let the phone ring and ring and sometime pick up and then hang up... I had an apt schedule when I arrived they tell me I cant be seen because I need to call the insurance and change the Doctor the insurance had on file. You couldnt call and let me know ahead of time. I just waisted changing my schedule from work and rushing for this appointment and now is time for a new doctor.

This office is ridiculous! Absolutely unprofessional that you have to call over and over to get someone to answer the phone. I called another office to reach Dr. Manuela Mendes and was told unfortunately you have to call until someone answers, "Thats what the office is known for" In case of emergency where you need to speak to the doctor how are you suppose to reach them!! Not to mention there is no voice mail option! Completely Unprofessional!

Iam MARIA GARCIA and my experience with dr MANUELA MENDES its EXCELLENT .3 years ago she saves my life was incredibly .and one week ago I hade apointment urgent and dr manuela mendes and she was great immediately in 20 minutes I did a cat scan and blood test and in same day at 9 pm she call my home an give me the results .Iam so grateful I have 46 years old for me dr MANUELA MENDES IS the best doctor GOD BLESS HER.

Horrible office I wish I could give it a negative rating wait 3 hours some times plus to be seem Dr is rude as can be sees people for 5 mins and writes them off doesnt even really check them she charges the insurance and the pacient... and she miss treats workers always talking down to them... seems like everyone complains and nothing is done

This place is terrible with patients. They make you wait 2-4 hours to see Dr. Manuela Mendes even if your appointment is for a certain time. I would not recommend coming here unless you want to go on a day trip.
