They never take time out for you personally. To busy looking at the computer instead of listening to you. I have shingles and they dont even try to help me with a cream over the phone. Have been a patient for 15 years and they treat me horribly.

I have never had a problem with the receptionist or any staff. They came recommended for our new baby, and my wide and myself both use their facility now. Everyone has been friendly and professional.
