Ive been with this practice since I was a child and I have to say that Ive become disappointed with how its gone down hill. The Nurse Practitioners there are nice and sympathetic but there is a high turn over rate for them so I never end up with someone for a long period. Recently my mother, my sister, and I have also felt a lack of sympathy and general dismissal from the doctors currently there. Any health problem brought up is somehow our fault. It used to be a place where I felt comfortable and knew the doctors took me seriously but their recent hires are definitely subpar. I dont usually write bad reviews, or reviews in general, and consider myself really patient but when it comes to my health and the health of others I take it seriously. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where you will be treated with the care you deserve.

Called for an office visit because I havent felt right in a while, and was told by the receptionist that I could only have one physical a year. I told her again that I wanted an office visit because I didnt feel well and she responded by asking if its been a year since my last physical, then looking it up to confirm that I could indeed come in for a physical because its been more than a year. The doctor came in and without asking what my symptoms were, told me that it was all because Im fat. I convinced her to do blood work to see if theres anything else underlying that may be causing problems and havent heard back from them yet even though my wife got her results the next day from the same practice. Would not recommend.

Dr Konduri Is excellent, She is on top of things Takes the time to explain things to me and does not just send me for crazy test unless she feels it is necessary. They have all the necessary Tools needed there to help diagnose any issue i have had. I liked her so much i moved my whole family there from our other Dr. The office is great also I have never had an issue with one person there. The patient portal is also a great tool. I am busy so going to the Dr office kills me. If i need anything including a question It comes in handy. I dont feel like i am just another cash machine when i go there either. I recommend this practice to everyone.

I scheduled an appointment and kept receiving two text messages and two emails for my confirmation. A couple of hours later I received another phone call and was told the doctor was actually unavailable. Whats the purpose of getting patients confirmation if the doctor is unavailable?!

Be prepared to deal with nasty women the moment you begin dealing with this location. From not knowing how to bill your insurance, asking you how to and call them, to overall just meanness this is the practice to AVOID. Even the manager is unsympathetic.

Dr. Herron and his team have provided exceptional care. Definitely a busy office, however, Ive always been able to have an appointment and had my issues addressed in a timely manner.

This place is AWFUL. Dont even waste your time. Went in for a general physical, came out feeling mistreated and aggravated with their rude staff.

Dr. Templar is thorough and caring. Very easy to discuss complex medical matters with. She is always ready to answer questions and return calls.
