I went in for a "sick visit". I arrived 5 minutes late, and was told that not only was I 15 minutes late for the appointment, but they were unsure they could see me. After discussing whether or not they had time to see me in front of the entire waiting room, the very unfriendly receptionist and physician assistant, decided to let me have the appointment. So after being weighed and measured, I end up sitting down with Christina Law who states that becuase i was 15 minutes late for the appointment (which is not true, i was 5 minutes late), I could only discuss one of my 3 ailments with her, because she only had 10 minutes for me. I was shocked. I will NEVER return to this office. Not only are staff members (save for 1 friendly nurse) rude and unprofessional, I do not believe the level of care is terribly good.

Ive seen both Dr. Goodell and Dr. Walsh Condon, and found them both to be wonderful doctors. A note on location: 75 Riverside Ave is the correct address, but Google is still showing that as being in the wrong place where their old office was. I got totally lost for my first appointment. The office is close to City Hall for anyone who has the same struggle of finding the place.

Doctor Walsh Conden is a SAINT and all of her staff are great people. Every time I go there I feel very welcomed. They are the best and really care about you. The Receptionists are not bad to look at either. ;)
