Dr. ONeil has been my go to eye guy for years. By far his office, staff and eyewear selection is the best in the region. My visits have always been pleasant, swift and informative. I feel I have a much better understanding of my eye health now than I ever had before. His newly renovated office is always comfortable and spotless. Im a bit of a fusspot when it comes to eyeglasses, since Ive worn them for more than 30 years and they are always willing to do what is necessary to make them just right. They even resurrected a spare pair of mine that I accidentally stepped on (and I didnt have an appointment). Hes somebody I always recommend.

At first I really liked this place. The team is very polite and it has a wonderful environment. Dr. ONeil is also very polite and knowledgeable; however, there seems to be something wrong with the communication in the office. Ive been left in the waiting room multiple tomes for extended periods because "no one knew I was waiting," after being told by the Doctor, after my appointment, that someone will help me out in just a moment. They also seem to want to male changes to my prescription without fully communicating them requiring me to go back multiple times to make adjustments. I will not be returning to this company.

I dont know what prompted "Guest G" to write several negative reviews within the span of a week. It appears some people have nothing better to do. Nashoba Vision is a great office. Ive been to other offices that do not have some of the instruments that Nashoba has to check the health of the eyes. I went to Fallon before, they didnt even run the "air-puff" test. Dr ONeil picked up on a retinal problem that other offices have likely missed because they dont have the resources. In addition, every single eye doctor Ive seen or called has a busy office. Youll get put on hold anywhere. Lighten up.

Stopped by to have eyeglasses adjusted. Staff was rude throughout the transaction after previously telling me there would be no charge for the adjustment on the phone. Turned out to be $50, which I accepted. They then treated me like a criminal because I accidentally forgot my wallet. Wife finally answered my call attempts after I drove halfway back home, and she called in the payment so it worked out. But I wont be back.
