Unfortunately we will be switching. Today broke the camels back. The doctors seem ok here but the practice is so poorly run that I cannot deal anymore. Today they are listed as open from 9am-6pm. I came at 1230 and there was a sign on the door saying they went to lunch and would be back at 230. At 245 I again returned and there is nobody inside the building and the same sign is on the door. Whenever I call to order contacts they can never find my insurance (through VSP) and when the insurance company tries to contact them (to verify my insurance after I have called VSP begging them to help) they are "out for a meeting" and they give instructions to leave a voicemail. This is all great except their voicemail is always full (probably from people wondering when they are actually open). There are numerous other admin issues here that I wont go into detail about. Bottom line is though I felt the doctors were pretty decent and professional, I cannot keep being a customer at such a disorganized practice.

This was my first visit to Westborough Eye Care and overall it was a very positive experience. I love how you can book and appointment online and see what dates and times are available. I was able to get an appointment within a week. The receptionist was very kind and helpful and Dr. Khuong Nguyen was very knowledgeable and professional. Their pricing for contacts was on par with many online sites (perhaps they are slightly higher) but its worth the convenience because they will bill insurance directly. Overall, I am very happy with the service Westborough Eye Care provides and will certainly be back.

Not impressed with response rate of front desk staff. I ordered new trial lenses over a month ago and have not been notified if they have arrived. Also called multiple times to check status and no one picks up the phone or returns voice mails. Update 9/2/2016. I was able to get in contact with front desk staff today. In response to the time it took to receive the contacts, they offered to give me some additional free trial lenses, which was nice. They also helped me with some insurance paperwork. I in response to this, I have upgraded the review.

I wish I can give -ve ratings. This is the worst place on the earth and in Westborough. Receptionist is worst and raciest. I found this place on insurance companys page and hence I visited this clinic. The doctor James could not find my exact number even. Also if you dont buy the glasses from them, then you will need to fight on various stages from doctor to receptionist... really... dont buy anything and not even go to this place... worst place on earth.

Doctors and Staff are always helpful and responsive. The receptionists have even helped me pick out glasses and be sure to check for discounts on contacts when I order them and glasses. Never had any issues! They do have reduced hours in the summer, but Ive never had a problem getting an appointment.

Ran out of contacts and needed a quick repair of my glasses and the staff was so so helpful. They advised me and worked with me to fix my situation and got me what I needed. Theyve def got a new customer in me. Awesome, friendly service.

Had a poor experience at this facility. Receptionist is difficult to work with and extremely rude. Exam was thorough but had that very rushed feeling though only took 20 minutes... Will find new eye care center.

Nice place and fine with the receptionist. I felt i was getting the right prescription and my appointment was quick yet efficient. The frames were too expensive and thats where the stars come off.

Overall the doctors there are good however the secretaries are exceptionally rude and on 3 occasions they ordered the wrong contacts and I had to wait weeks before they got them.

Convenient parking spot. Nice receptionists people. Dr. Khuong Nguyen is very kind and professional, caring for details. Easily covered by my insurance. Great experience.
