Okay, Im not sure where to begin with Dental Dreams. I can start by saying they are the worst place to go for your mouth. Back in 2014 I lost half of my tooth due to an automobile accident and they now just wanted to fix it, two years later. So I allowed them to fill the tooth, they messed up and hit my nerve, which left me in excruciating pain for about two months. I went back to them with the complaints of this pain and they took an xray and said they werent sure what was wrong and sent me to Lowell endodontics. As soon as I got there and told them what had happened they could tell me my nerve was dying before even taking an xray. I had to make an emergency appointment for a root canal. I went back to dental dreams a week later for a crown and they thought they messed up because it was hurting me. Theyre lucky because the pain went away. I just went to them yesterday for a cleaning and they left my gums bleeding for an hour. They cut up my gums so bad and gave me attitude beyond belief. I will be switching my dentist office ASAP. I suggest if you go there to change because they will put you through hell and back. Im so disgusted with how theyre still open and how they have alot of kids who go there. Never again. Also for me to post this I had to give at least one star but they really deserve NOTHING.

So disgusted by this place. Brought my boyfriend for fillings and extractions due to our insurance coverage. The appointment for the fillings, they were like chickens with their heads cut off. They had a referal from the other dental office we had been working with, they stil did not know what to do. they tried to extract teeth, then they told him they were going to make their "own plan" we ended up having to go somewhere and paying out of pocket for fillings. Then we go in for extractions-- they were rude to my boyfriend because he could still feel pain. It took them 3 hours to pull 4 teeth. It was a very uncomfortable experience. They did not pack gauze ontop of his gums before they put his bottom denture plate into his mouth so he was a bloody mess. They did not give him post OP instructions. they toldhim to get out of the chair, and then told him they werent sure if they even wanted to finish the extractions. They made him leave because "his mouth had been open for too long" every other dental office i have told this to has said that that is absolutely ridiculous. DONT EVER TRUST THIS PLCE WITH YOUR TEETH!!

I went here in August of 2016, and got 6 fillings done. They outsourced me for a root canal, thank god, because they spent a total of 2 hours on 6 fillings and 3 of those fillings got cracked and had to be redone entirely, one of which ended up getting a cavity underneath it requiring more drilling. They also missed 3 cavities because the doctor was going through the xray and eyeing the cavities instead of spending the money on a computer and software that can find them faster and more accurately (which the second dentist that I went to did use, hence why they found 3 more).

Brought my 10 year old kiddo here for some fillings and cleanings... she got a big needle in the gums and some drilling and she didnt flinch. The assistant and dentist worked well together and made sure my kid was very comfortable. Only thing I dont like is the 60 million reminder calls, emails, and text messages. Its excessive!

Did like 10 appointments here getting teeth filled, I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. While normally punctual there were a few minor instances of waiting but given the quality of care and guidance I received I didnt mind sometimes waiting 10 mins extra

Dr. Emom is the best i would see any other dentist besides her but she is amazing gentle nice and very caring, the office manger is also nice and caring and is always going out of her way to make sure you are comfortable.

They stuck a needle through my gums without telling me ahead of time, the staff are rude and everything is super unorganized. All my experiences there were uncomfortable.
