I love Route 20 Animal Clinic. Just like some of the reviews tell you. You can tell Dr.K love animals because of the follow up he does. He will always call himself to find out whats going on with your little love ones. Now to the 1-star review on here. His clinic is not built to handle emergences, by that I mean he doesnt have the equipment to treat all emergency cases. He always recommends, if you have an emergency to please take it to Tuffs Emergency Hospital/School which I know can be $$$. This does not mean his staff or Dr.K doesnt care. They dont want you to make an appointment if your little one is in trouble then have to go to the emergency room anyways. Which happen to me with one of my cats. He didnt like my cats breathing at all and told me that he needed to be put in an ventilator room. Because my cat need more O2, so I rushed him to Tuffs. So for all your pet care needs I would highly recommend Route20 animal clinic. Emergency needs, please take your Pet to Tuffs which is 10-15 minutes down the road. They are awesome...

I love this vet! He has taken amazing care of our dog and our cat. Our dog needed specialists, all of whom were recommended by Dr. K and they were all equally phenomenal. When our dog needed back surgery, I kept Dr. K in the loop. He called on weekends, and after hours to check up on "puppy". When "puppy" came home from surgery we had to immediately rush her on a Friday to Route 20 without an appointment to have her looked at and Dr. K stayed after closing hours to take care of puppy. Hes reasonable in his rates and if you dont have the money to do a test etc. he will recommend other steps etc. I can call with any question and I always get a call back that day or evening. The clinic doesnt have all the bells and whistles of other vets but our animals have always received the best care. Very caring, very loving. I wont go anywhere else.

I have been taking my dog to Dr. Kotsopoulos for the past couple years and continued to be impressed with his services. If my dog is sick and needs to be seen asap Ive never had a problem just giving his office a call and they do everything possible to squeeze us in. He is always thorough in his examinations and very reasonably priced. I felt compelled to write this review today because I was so impressed that I received a call from Dr. K last night just to check on how my dog was doing after being seen by him for an allergic reaction a couple days prior. Thats unheard of! I think my dog gets better medical care and attention than I do. I would highly recommend Dr. K. and the Route 20 Animal Clinic to anybody! Your pet will be treated unbelievably well.

Love love love Dr.K and his staff! I recommend this clinic to all my friends and family. Besides being decently priced Dr. K is there for your pet! I have 3 cats that I take to him, my female had an eye problem, I was about to take her the VCA for emergencey, and they had me come on on the same day because it was her eye! I was so grateful! On top of the great care Dr. K follows up, I had a kitten before my three that had FIP, at that point I had taken him to the VCA cause he got progressively worst during a day Dr. K was closed. He called me Monday morning to follow up, and I have him the bad news. He cares for the well being of your pet. If you want great care for your loved family member and decent priced care go here! Absolutely!

After much researching around the Worcester area for a vet for my cat I found the Rt 20 animal clinic. It is not a fancy looking animal clinic like the others around the area but this clinic is great. Dr. Kotsopolous is a very caring vet that goes over and beyond for your pets needs. With what has happened with my cat he made room to do xrays on my cat on the same day I called with my concerns. He also called from his own home after business hours to check up on my cat after he was released from the hospital. This vet is awesome and very caring! I would recommend him to anyone. His prices are also fair and affordable.

Dr. Kotsopolous is the best! Ive been taking my APBT, Primo, to him for a few months now and have been so happy and comfortable bringing him there everytime. Dr. K is an extremely kind, caring, thorough and knowledgeable vet and I wont be bringing my dog to anyone else! His prices are very reasonable compared to other vets who charge you for a ton of extra things just to make money. He really cares about his patients and as a very protective, cautious doggie mom, I wouldnt trust anyone but Dr. K with my Primo. I truly recommend him to all dog owners!! :)

Love this vet. I recently rescued a 5mo kitten, who Ive had to bring in 3 times in as many weeks (hes not a very healthy boy). Dr. K has been great. Hes really helpful, and he really cares about the pets. Additionally, the pricing is really fair. Of the 3 times Ive brought my kitty in, Ive only been charged the office visit fee once (I didnt even get charged the overnight fee when I left him to get fixed). The hours are pretty good too, and the office tries really hard to make sure you can get an appt at a time that works for you.

I took my cats here to get them declawed as it was much less expensive than other area vets. The price included their meds and any follow up visits--I had some toe infections and meeting with the doctor only cost me the price of the antibiotics. You can sometimes spend a bit of time waiting, but that seems par for the course. The doctor is great and remembers your animals, and the support staff really cares about the animals. Id recommend this for anyone in the Grafton area, its so close by!

We just started seeing this vet, and love him!. Our cat had some ear problems and he worked with us to clear them up (another vet couldnt) and then called a week later to make sure he was doing well. I love that they have Saturday hours, and everyone there is very easy to work with. Dr.K himself could not be better, the place has reasonable pricing and our second time coming in for a follow up he didnt make us pay the visit fee. great place!

Ive had a wonderful experience with the doctor . He is very experienced very informative and most of all he cares about his animals and the animals owners. No questions are too small for the doctor to answer, he takes the time to explain everything, never rushed out of there . I just got a new puppy, and he was the same as he always was kind and caring .

My dog ate a dog toy, and he was not feeling good. I went there, explained his problem and they refused to see him because I didnt have an appointment!!! I went to Community Animal Hospital of Shrewsbury‎, where I found people who really like animals. Now my dog is fine.
