I called to see if they would be able to help me with my hamster since she was sick and clearly dying. Now I understand its only a hamster but the woman I explained the symptoms to was rude, very unsympathetic and then told me she would look into it and call me right back, of course she never did not! Consequently while waiting she died. This place needs to find new people who care about animals or at the very least have some common decency!!

We have brining our dogs and cats here for over 10 years, just started with a new puppy. Dr Thompson is very good, caring and sensible. We have one cat over 16 years old and very healthy under Dr. Thompsons care. Her prices are very good and her advice is well reasoned. Unlike some others in the holden area trying to pump you for every $$s you will part with.

I have been taking my cats to Dr. Thompson for over 20 years. She is the best of the best. She has literally brought one of my cats back from the dead twice. She is always there when you need her. She gives great advice. She is curtios, warm hearted and hard working. She loves animals and that is her passion. I recommend her to everyone.

I saw a couple of bad reviews, and I want to say that Dr. Thompson is a wonderful vet. Weve been bringing our dogs (3 of them) to her for years. Shes been wonderful, especially with our older dog who is failing. We wouldnt go anywhere else.

Dr Thompson is the only one I take 4 legged family member to. She treats them like family and gives the best advice and care. Dont know what my family would do without her...
