What an amazing group of Doctors and Nurses. I brought a friend for pain therapy everyday for a week. Each day these Nurses were so caring and so kind. Smiling, friendly and most important for the patients in terrible pain, compassionate. I have 2 children that have medical issues and with each appointment we are treated depending on their mood that day. Not here!!!! In the week I was there with my friend Jeannine I did not see one single patient that came in for treatment that was treated in any other way but wonderful. What honestly impressed me the most was how attentive they were to each and every patient. The Doctors were very attentive to each patient. Never seen such a thing!! Love these ladies and this place. Although I hope to never have to go through what the patients are going through, if I ever have to then this is where I want to be! Thanks for being so awesome to my friend Jeannine!!! Your some hard working group of care givers.

I Have been a patient of Dr. Honets for nearly 8 years. I came to him after spending 2 years in a wheelchair and refusing to spend my life on pain pills I couldnt function on. I was not an easy patient to work with either. There were so many different pain issues to deal with, whats good for one isnt good for the other and so on. Within 2 months I was out of that wheelchair, and never touched it again. He has managed to provide me with a much better quality of life. I searched a long time for someone to improve my situation, spending 7 previous years moving from pain clinic to pain clinic with little to no progress. It felt like a hopeless endeavor, until I found these capable people. My pain level has been dropping ever since.The 3 hours I currently travel to see him could be 10 for all I care. To a wonderful staff, an angel of a doctor....My new friends, thank you!

I was in pain and unable to sit at the dinning room table because of pain. I knelt on the floor in front of the table. This has been going on for 2 years. Physical Therapy did not work, deep tissue therapy did not work. Pills did not work. Chiropractor did not work. I was referred to Dr Marc wittenberg and he suggested epidurals. Well I tried everything else WHY NOT EPIDURALS... Best thing I every let a Dr. do to me. I sit at the table with my family to have dinner... no more kneeling on the floor. I can sit and drive in a car to my cottage for the first time in 2 years. I highly recommend Dr. Wittenberg... He is very Kind and Gentle and understanding to your pain. Dr. Honet and his entire staff are compassionate, caring and take the Hippocratic oath seriously. I feel cared for and treated with great respect and kindness. I have been a patient for 2 years and would never go to another doctor for pain management. I trust dr. Honet NPs as well - if he has faith in them I do as well. The procedures Ive had have all been extremely helpful and enabled me to play with my precious grandchildren. Thank you to Donna, Olivia, Morgan and all the rest that I promise to include in my next survey because working as a team is what makes such a positive difference. The doctors are pretty good, however, unfortunately the office staff, mainly Ashley is so absolutely horrible, despicable, and rude that she trumps any good found throughout the establishment. I have never been spoken to by anyone so rudely in public as I was by Ashley. If they do not fire her, I am going to another office. Also, the offices policies are certainly not made with the customer in mind. 48 hour mandatory call back when you need help--even if its due to their negligence. They also cannot seem to call in a prescription correctly. And then treat you horribly when you try to have their mistakes corrected. Absolutely pathetic.

During the last year as a patient of Dr. L and the pain pump department my experience has been satisfying. Receptionists have been helpful, friendly and respectful every month. They never rush me and have always rescheduled at the last minute due to weather and the distance I drive and have not turned me away when I have been late. The pain pump staff have take the initiative and time to problem solve what pain mgt solutions would work best for me. Awful experience today at this clinic.One of the nurses seems she doesnt have her coffee early this morning and she was so RUDE and NASTY to me !! You are in a place to take care of the pain and not to alleviate the pain I called the manager of the clinic and she was sort of the same category and not helpful at all and never admit that her nurse did something wrong, and of course so embarrassed that her nurse treated me like that ! Anyway i hope she learned the lesson. Doctor Wittenberg is so professional and nice though.

Dr. Lininger is the best doctor Ive ever visited. He took the time to completely understand what was hurting me in a way no other doctor ever has, and then took care of my pain in the same manner. Ive had multiple injections that never did a thing to alleviate my pain, but when he did the injections it worked! Ill forever be in his debt, and I highly recommend him to anyone that has been frustrated by other pain doctors that either dont listen, or cant get results from the plan of care that they suggest.

Neuro Pain Consultants are amazing!! I had awful pain in my back and leg and Dr Honet was a sweetheart in helping me through the whole process. He recommended everything I needed to fix this immediately. I love how easy and painless they make the entire process. I recommend this location to everyone I know. :)

Dr. Tsinberg is, by far, one of the best doctors Ive ever had. Hes caring, compassionate, and takes time to explain everything to you. He suggests long term solutions and has helped me out in ways that no other doctor has been able to. Id send anyone I love and care about to him. Hes a fantastic doctor!

Just watched them turn away a patient in a wheelchair that was 15 minutes late, but only because there was EMS and a firetruck in the lot, blocking the handicap access. The receptionist was nice, but it seems the doctors have no compassion.

Been going there for many years. They have done many things to improve my functioning in life & making it bearable. The staff is always awesome considerate & understanding. They REALLY CARE. Now adays thats hard to find- if at all.
