First, Im in the medical field so Im not giving a review from an uneducated standpoint. Ive worked in hospitals and doctors offices. Ive roomed patients and done coding and billing. Receptionist and M.A were very standoffish. Receptionist needed to make me aware "this will not be a short wait time, just so youre aware". M.A. didnt even make eye contact with my 7 yr old daughter, just pointed in the general direction of the scale and the same when placing us in a room. The provider my daughter saw wasnt even sure what dosage to give my daughter or if she was even comfortable prescribing because she didnt work with children a lot. A month later, I receive a bill stating our visit wasnt covered at the time of service. When I called to get it situated, the # wasnt the correct billing company, and the forwarding # was incorrect as well. When I called our insurance company to try to make sense of it all, they tell me the company NEVER attempted to billed them. So, I was sent a bill stating my insurance company denied their claim, then was told I was responsible for the balance. Just so were clear, THIS IS ILLEGAL. When I finally get to speak to someone, I explain this isnt legal, she rushes me off the phone the best she can and tells me shell get this issue resolved. Horrible experience and Ill make it known.

I like the staff very friendly and accommodating. What I dont like is when I go back months later for another issue and Im told I have a balance. Front desk cant tell me why and wont see me unless I pay towards it. I have very good insurance, I also work for one of the top insurance companies in Michigan so I know my benefits. I am not going to pay towards any balance when 1. I never got a bill and 2. I have to call billing (which is closed at the time I get there) to find out what the charges are for. Then to top that off my son who is on my insurance went for services and he was told he had a $60 balance and he had to pay that and his company to be seen. He paid it and then we found out that the $60 balance was an overpayment. Billing said they would mail him a check. Guess what...he never got it. Please dont respond with "your not in our database" because I complete a form each and every time I visit.

Very nice experience! I went with my two small children (one had a cold, the other pink eye). The wait was very reasonable; thats my biggest gripe with Urgent Cares - usually youre the only one in the office and you have to wait over an hour. Not here though. We walked in at 9am and there were three other people in the waiting room, so I assumed the wait would be long. We filled out your typical paperwork and waited less than a half hour. The facility was very clean, the receptionist friendly, and the doctor very nice; thorough but quick. We never felt rushed and she answered all my questions. We only waited in the room to see her for less than 10 min. There was a TV in the room too which was nice for the kids. All in all, we were in and out in less than an hour. Id definitely go back.

I took my daughter in because she had a bad cough and wasnt acting like herself. Mind you she is 19 months. They did a throat swab and said it wasnt strep. Then they said they were going to run some tests and have it go to the lab. After calling every day to see if they received anything, the lady at the front desk got an attitude with me and my fiance, we both tried calling everyday. So after a week, they came back and said it was allergies. The only reason we took her there is because it was a Sunday. Our daughter started acting normal but still had a cough so we took her to our pediatrician. Come to find out our 19 month old daughter has pneumonia. The doctors were very unprofessional from the minute we walked into the rooms. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Ive made the mistake of going here 2 times and they have tried to overcharge me both times. The first time they sent me a bill a month after my visit with no explanation. Even though I paid in full before I left the building. The second time I had to get stitches and was told to come back in a week to get them removed. The doctor said removing them was part of the original fee and I wouldnt have to pay for an office visit. Then I go in tonight to have them removed and was told I would have to pay another office visit before getting them removed. When I explained what I was told by the doctor I was basically called a liar. Ill get my stitches out somewhere else that is more professional and organized. I will never be going back.

I chose Dr. Pathak as my primary physician and have not regretted it one iota! She collaborates with me on my care and takes her time with me. Shes professional and personable, which means a lot to me as a healthcare professional myself. My intake is usually done with Robyn, who is no exception for the professionalism and personality I appreciate from Dr. Pathak and her colleagues. Of the multiple times Ive made appointments, Ive only had one long waiting time, which I presume is because of the office being an urgent care. Even so, the staff apologized for my wait and still gave me excellent care.

First, they are incredibly professional and courteous from the front desk to the medical assistants to the providers. I have 4 children and whenever my wife and I need to take them or our ourselves - they get us in very quickly and are always thorough. We are very happy with the quality of the service and how knowledgeable the staff are. We now go to the urgent care first, as our previous providers office is always very busy and they cannot get us in. It is very convenient and we very happy overall. We highly recommend that you give them a try if you havent already!

Tried to charge my twice for service that was not done right the first time. This was my first visit. I made appointment a day before, when I signed in there was no appointment under my name. I was told they need few days for lab results. I called three time, because the meds. wasnt helping, but no call back. When they called, I was told my lab was unreadable or contaminated, and I needed to came back in and it would be a second charge for the visit. I would not, could not recommend this Urgent Care to anyone.

Called ahead to find out the waiting time, and was able to go when there was no waiting. They also take appointments if you dont want to just walk in. Staff was friendly AND kind, which is not always the same thing. Dr. Pathak was AWESOME!! Very helpful and explained things very well. I am sad to see this place had some bad reviews. It was as good of an experience as could be for me and my son who sprained his ankle. Thanks you guys! :)
