horrible /humiliated/stero typed poor customer service 1st visit arrival 11am departure 630pm privacy not protected 2nd visit arrival 2pm departure 7pm( transportation left me and my daughter couldnt wait) 3rd visit arrival 1pm walked out at 5 wasnt serviced informed dr rasheed transportation had to leave at 445 (stranded again they have a schedule) she decided to counsel me on not having my records that she said she could get threw dmc and providence never did instead of listening to me inform her to check a lump in my right leg 2013 diagnoised with ms Dr Ellis dmc didnt get his records I signed several release neurologist internal medicine Dr Loren Chuddler bostford hosp and physical therapy diagnosed siatic notch nerve damage rheumatoid arthritius her system or laptop whatever she fumbles around with didnt get those smh DR Mohammad Sidiqqi Beaumont hospital m .s ashtma rheumatoid arthritis her system is not compatable with beaumount they have the easiest my heath chart system in the world Eiseman chiropractor Detroit slipped disc subfixiation she cant get those Providence Emergency cant get those smh I live in observation she doesnt know I struggled with chronic asthma all my life dangerous they have my records since I was a little girl finally when I addressed her constantly on these issues her reply was I didnt have pain medicine in my system I wasnt taking it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1st visit changed the dosage and strenth of my pain and anxiety meds significantly messed up my asthma meds too she said after she map me and get to know me better she would feel comfortable changing it back which by Aenta rules only your primary physician can prescribe pain or anxiety meds mines is of a low level by the way I was running out of meds going to providence to get torodol non narcotic and they keep advising me to follow up with my primary care doctor in 2-7 days their was no staff today at all..... no staff just her and her assistant she took a lady before me that came at 230 thanks she saw everything and waited in the parking lot to take me home when the transportation van left horrible why did Atena refer this lady sucks foreal ive never been so humiliated in my life it doesnt stop she miss diagnosed me with a STD last month the receptionist calls you over the phone not in office its tacky I went to Urgent Care on West 8 mile Rd to get checked out I informed Dr Rasheed she didnt get those records actually she had given me a antibiotic for my finger that caused me to have a terrible reaction and Im concerned about my information she has lost every document also the docs she didnt complete today when she threathened to call the police over my urine sample this chick is looney toones then she said I did not have a therapist I have been seeing dr smith over the last 10 years everyone knows that my daughter sees her too dr smiths informed me my doctor never contacted her and I believe her Dr Smith wouldnt lie I asked her about my daughters papers today she didnt respond to that smh im done these people come over here and dont respect us but bill our insurance and stero type me you get a DONKEY AWARD HALL OF SHAME YOU DONT DESERVE 1 star but I had to select it to post

we received an complaint from one of our local leaders so we went in and did our review it was horrible the doctor seems to be leasing her space inside another office when i asked for help at the front desk an older lady told me that she could not answer any questions pertaining to rasheed office and that her staff was none available at the time i waited after signing in for four hours got frustrated by the questions in the small waiting area as to what PAIN KILLERS do i get from rasheedi guess regular patients and i was told she would hook me up as i remembered i was here because someone was refused proper medical attention and without their proper medications for three months. in short go to your own doctors its something not right here with these foreigners their just not set up for or culture of things they think they can come get educated in our school system graduate on our land that we built only to give us poor service and you cant understand a thing their saying and they certainly cant speak English at all but who cares right no one respects us anyway thats why we need to start respecting ourselves and stop making these dr waki pakis rich untill next time and the next location this has been another bad review from and brought to you by REAL WOMEN DETROIT

I like Dr. Rasheed and the way she treat her patients. But the staff has been very rude. They dont try to understand what a patient is asking for and give very vague answers. I have an issue with insurance bill which needs to be fixed by changing codes. They are not able to do it properly and told me not to call for the same question. If possible i would like to talk to Rasheed and explain the seriousness of the issue. I would also report to my company about the issue so that they make employees aware about it. staff just try to listen. Dont interrupt and show your stress on us. Thanks

Made an appointment at 9:30am. Man told me to come at 2 or 2:30. I shouldve known something wasnt right when he didnt ask to repeat my name. Arrived and the doctor had already left for the day. Also I had to be buzzed in the door...so ghetto

Dr. Shabana Rasheed is a horrible unprofessional Dr., Her Staff is Clueless and Very Rude. they make u wait unnecessary long periods of Time. I am very Dissatisfied with the Dr. and the office, I guess anybody can be a Dr. nowaday
