You do not have the right to choose what is done to your body here. You are expected to do exactly what they say with out them explaining the reason for it. I nice and politely asked the assistant not to do xrays and she said the dentist would not allow that and the dentist would not bother telling me why. My teeth and body are in good health. I had a medical reason for requesting not to do xrays. I was just there for a cleaning. I was always polite and professional with them. I was willing to sign a waiver and to even pay cash at time of service but I was turned away regardless. What happen to our freedom of choice? I choose to go elsewhere. I recommend you do too. You will also have to type all your own info into their records for them instead of hand writing a form. They also still have glitches in the software so this will take you a while. Waste of time going there.

Just Wondering

Without insurance BEWARE!! Do not use this dentist for an emergency. She is rude and not very confident. I had tooth pain on my right side and thought the pain was from my bottom teeth. She did a X-Ray and nothing was wrong with the teeth. She suggested a specialist...I went to another dentist and one of my top teeth was crack down the middle and he didnt need a x-ray to see it. He told me that if a nerve is expose it will make the whole right side of my jaw hurt. I paid her in full and in cash!! Then I made an appointment for my kids (before I saw her). I had to cancel on the same day as my sons appointment because, he had a fever and a cold. She still billed me without ever seeing my children. HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND...NOT PAYING THE BILL EITHER!!! I could not predict my sons illness...

I normally would not critique a business or individual in public, but the dentist Christie is a talker and then some! --She has conversations with the assistant while sticking her face above yours while she works on teeth--and I mean constantly! Oh I am so glad to be shed of her since I am moving. She broke my tooth extracting the wisdom tooth next to it and I kept having to go back for more tooth cement over and over ever since. I went to have a cavity taken care of and she acted and must not have looked at my x-ray. She did repairs to an edge of a tooth that was only part of the problem and I still have a cavity there causing me grief. The only person I want to read this is her
