I was super frustrated and upset when i seen a dr here. I went in for multiple symptoms and when the dr came in to see me she only asked me about one. So i continued to tell her about the other issues going on. The dr then tell me " 1 visit, 1 problem, 15 mins. Thats all your allowed per visit." Like wth?!?! My insurance was being paid and i had to pay my co pay. I was never told at the front this was their new rule or anything. Im sorry but i think im paying to see a dr and to be treated that it shouldnt matter whats wrong with me you should do what your pd to do. I havent went back and i wont. Oh and im still pretty sick so no problem solved.

My girlfriend has insurance, had a couple issues and set up an appt. After waiting 40 minutes Dr. Murmu seen her. Upon my girlfriend trying to explain the issues, Dr. Murmu told her "one problem and 15 minutes only, youll have to reschedule for each other issue" Uh excuse me but insurance and copay pays for the visit, even one of the staff members told her she needed to file a complaint with Mary the CEO. Unbelievable and down right disgusting sub par medical care. My girlfriend will not be back, I dont care if I have to foot the whole bill myself somewhere else.

Dentist is great! Shes fixing my messed up teeth and Ive seen so many dentists and had rough experiences and I hardly feel it when she injects me which is nice cause I hate needles. Never much of a wait time.
