What a great and friendly bunch of people, no high pressure sales or "you really need these glasses" if you ask them there opinion on a pair of glasses they will tell you the truth. They gave me a great deal on glasses, I checked around and they were cheaper than everyone I checked on. The Doctor answered all my questions and more. His equipment.seems to be very modern. Doctor Merrick and his staffs knowledge and helpfulness brought me back for the second time, I will be back again. Paul

This office has state of the art technology. Dr. Merrick was professional, but not stuffy. Very laid back. He showed me my scans and ultrasound. He explained, in detail, everything we were looking at. During the frame selection and fitting process, I was not rushed and the tech was very helpful and forthright with her opinion. No need to leave Cheboygan for quality vision care. Dr. Merrick and his staff are competent, friendly and accommodating. I wont go anywhere else

The new doctor is very personable, as well as the staff that has been there for years. They seat you early whenever they can, and make sure to answer any questions you may have. The doctor is very clear with explanations and what she will do through each procedure. I highly recommend this office.

The ladies and the Doctor ARE VERY nice and knowledgeable about their business. It is very nice to have help that is sincerely polite, nothing fake here. This was a very quick turnaround time on delivery. I ordered on Wednesday and was called on Friday for delivery. WOOHOO!!
