Its been a great many years since Ive had such a pleasant experience getting an eye exam. Dr. Smith is skillful, personable and punctual. I live out south and work in KC, KS, and I find that their office is conveniently located on my weekly commute. So I would offer to those who dont live near the plaza/westport area that her office is quite accessible. Update: I decided to go ahead and purchase my eye glasses from Precision Optics and was pleased with the results. The first time in years that I dont need to constantly look up for distance or look over my glasses for for tasks close at hand. Jeanna explained it was because the bifocal line had been set too low. Such an improvement. Thanks!

Many of my friends go see Dr. Jill for their optic needs, but Ive been fortunate enough to have great vision and not need eyeglasses. However, after a crazy bout of pink eye and inflammation caused a panic and I called the office to see if she was available. They got me in the office just 4 hours later, which was a huge relief. Dr. Jill was INCREDIBLE. Kind, took her time with me, very understanding and re-assuring that I, in fact, was not going blind. She prescribed me just exactly what I needed and made it known that she was available if my issue was not cleared up. Should I ever need to be seen by an Eye Doctor, I will look no further than Dr. Jill at Precision Optics!

I went today and have nothing but great things to say. I met with Dr. Smith and she was very professional, explaining what she was doing in every process as well as just chatting in general. I think she balanced it well. She wasted no time getting through the exam and was very efficient. I think my entire appointment lasted 40 minutes. She was able to get me in on short notice and was the ONLY optometrist with an opening today. I got lucky getting in to see her and will definitely be back, despite her being about 30 minutes from my home. Thanks again!

Dr. Smith and her team are exceptional. I broke my glasses and needed an eye exam 30 minutes before they were closing, and she let me in! I only needed my prescription updated in order to get a new pair of glasses, but I ended up leaving with a pair of contacts in my eyes and new glasses ordered! I felt like I needed to leave a tip just for how great they were to me. I will seriously use Precision Optics for as long as I live in Kansas City, and would recommend them to anybody I know. I am so thankful.

I went to this place to get my yearly check-up and I specifically chose Precision Optics was because I saw the ratings and the ratings are not wrong at all! Dr. Jill Smith is extremely detailed and she shows and tells you exactly what shes doing and what shes looking for. Everyone at Precision Optics is very helpful and quick! Precision Optics has one priority and its to help you see better and they show that very vividly here at Precision Optics, I would recommend this place to everyone.
