BEST DENTAL VISIT EVER! The receptionist Carol is sweet, attentive, and upbeat. Sarah, the dental hygienist was AMAZING. She made me feel extremely comfortable, she was knowledgable, gentle, humorous and sociable. She is GREAT at what she does, she gave me a painless cleaning, it was actually relaxing, I genuinely felt better after. I had to bring my 10 month old son to the appointment with me and Sarah did everything she could to accommodate us and make us feel comfortable . My son became a bit boisterous a couple times and her attitude never changed, she wasnt annoyed at all, she let me get to him whenever I needed to. I never felt like she was rushing to get me out of the office, she was extremely thorough. In fact this was the most thorough dental visit Ive ever had, the office is filled with the latest technology and a staff that uses the technology to its full potential. Oh, I cant forget Ashley, the dental assistant who saw my son in passing and stopped by to entertain him a few times, I was simply blown away by how sweet the Dream Dental staff was, the whole staff is truly stellar. Lastly, Dr Patrick Qatsha, very knowledgable, polite, direct, has a sense of humor, and hes willing to answer any question you may have and doesnt make you feel rushed. He was also very kind to my son. Im very impressed by Dream Dental. Truly the BEST of the BEST.

I was 4 months pregnant when I went to see them for the first time. They were very cautious with me but through the initial testing made me feel like my teeth were terrible. Just for reference, I get compliments on me teeth all the time. So I didnt book an appointment after that one because I didnt know when i was going to have my son. Once I had him, I called them to book my appointment and they told me they couldnt fit me in. I am currently 3 months overdue (sept 2015) and called again to see when they could fit me in.... They told me they could not fit me in until maybe after the first past of the year. Once again they promised they would call me if they had a cancellation. I said I would have to look for a different dentist if they couldnt get me in and the receptionist said "ok, sounds good". no Im sorry we would love to keep you as a client, nothing... I had to call today to get my records sent to my new dentist and she said "Im sorry we dont even have you in our system" Thats scary!

Dream Dental is exactly that, a dream! Lets be real, nobody’s idea of a good time is going to the dentist but Dr. Q. and company makes it feel more like a spa visit then the dentist. The office is by far the cleanest I’ve ever seen and everything is modern and new. The front desk, especially Kathy are always friendly and welcoming. The entire team is very professional, knowledgeable and very patient. I have been coming here for many years now and every interaction I have had with Dr. Qatsha and his staff has been exceptional. As an added bonus when you check out they have the best chapstick in the world….complimentary! :)

I am the worst patient (very anxious), but this staff and the Dentist were so kind to me and really helped ease my worries. Very nice and upfront about billing also, which is refreshing. P.S. the chapstick is on point and the office is VERY clean - I will return :) FOLLOWUP: I had a deep cavity (that could have been a root canal) and it was taken care of well with Dr. Pat. He was conscious of my pain level at all times and made me feel comfortable. I will continue with this dentist and bring my child when he is old enough :)

Dr Qatshas office really should be a model for how every practice operates, its the very best office you will ever go to. Their billing is exceptional and he always tells you what everything will cost before doing anything so theres never any surprises which is so nice. Dr Qatsha is meticulous, so very kind and does an amazing job every time. The office looks brand new and is immaculately clean. The front office, hygienists and dental assistants are great, they are easy to spend time with and make you feel very comfortable.

Dr. Qatsha is a very fine dentist who is thorough and explains everything for you. He is very caring and perfectionist at his work. He must have great skills in selecting people as all his staff members are friendly, genuinely caring, and very good at what they do regardless of their role. My family and I feel very fortunate and thankful to have Dream Dental Group take care of our dental health and needs. I tend to be picky about everything, but this practice group earns my highest esteem and admiration.

I recommend this dental practice to everyone I know, even family and friends who live far away. Hands down this is the best place to be. Beautiful, clean, friendly, state-of-the-art dental office. The front team members take time to learn all insurance plans and explain coverage to patients in a very easy, efficient and helpful way. Dream Dental is always a one-of-a-kind experience. Growing up, I never looked forward to going to the dentist and my view has changed ever since Dream Dental and Dr. Qatsha. Horrible receptionist!!!! I called to make an appointment for myself and 2 boys and she acted like it was an inconveniance. I told her its ok if we need to schedule out a bit since there will be three of us. She just kept saying how we were going to be there 3 plus hours and taking up most of their day. So I told her fine Ill take my business somewhere else if they didnt want us as patients, she just said "ok thanks" very rude! Would not reccomend.

This is the BEST dental office ever. The entire staff is the greatest..Always friendly, courteous, professional and accomodating. Dr. Qatsha is thorough and explains your procedures in detail. He also spends quality time with his patients. I have never seen him rush thru an exam in the eight years or so that myself and daughter and have been patients. I would highly recommend to all.
