Dr. Dirani’s is a good dentist! Ive been his patient for well over a decade; However, his choice in the current Hygienists is greatly lacking. Both hygienists (Lina & Cindy) are lacking on basic business etiquette & skills! To start, when a family of patients shows up 5 minutes late (during rush hour), you dont greet them with...your late, I was just going to call you"! Really! Because your not getting paid very well for that 5 minutes of standing around... sorry to pay for your inconvenience, lol! Fast talk & high pressure from these two "sales people"! There was zero interest in making my family comfortable with our visit and the unplanned procedures they were pushing. Be prepared to fork over your hard earned money for unneeded services! Followed with a conceited attitude for questioning them... Not to mention the temper tantrum they might throw in the background when you tell their boss that you didnt like the way his hygienist tried to strong arm you into unneeded services! The rest of his staff has been flawless & professional since my first visit! Its a shame that I have to find a new dentist for my whole family. Huge disappointment!

I’ve been going to Dr. Dirani’s office for the past 4 years and I couldnt ask for better dental care. The office staff is super friendly (I feel like family there), the hygienists are skilled and gentle and friendly, and Dr. Dirani is an honest man who is interested in helping his patients (and not up-selling). Ive had a few chipped teeth and Dr. Dirani was willing to shave them down at no cost. I needed Invisalign and Dr. Dirani helped me select a less expensive option (a partial case vs. a full case) which still delivered good results. As part of a standard cleaning, the office offers a stain-removal treatment (high pressure water) to remove coffee/tea stains on the teeth and I’ve had great results (this service was performed at no additional cost). I would recommend Dr. Dirani’s office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I have never been to such a wonderful dentistry office. When I arrived I was dreading the dental work. I told everyone of the horrible experiences I have had with other dentists, how much I hated it and never wanted to go. I left feeling great. They have forever changed my views on dentists. Everyone here is so friendly and personable. They remember you and make you feel so welcome. They will do anything and everything to make your experience comfortable. The dentist really knows his stuff too! I will tell everyone I know to come here to family Dentistry of novi!

Dr. Dirani and his staff are very professional , caring and friendly . Their office is well equiped with all high end and modern equipment. My children and I are all patients of Dr. Dirani and the whole team is always very accomodating to our busy schedule. Whan I had a problem with one of my teeth Dr. Dirani called me multiple times to check on my status and mentioned that if I needed he would come to the office even on a day that it was closed. This meant a lot to me and was a big difference from my previous experience at other locations.

We really enjoy the kind and professional staff who always make you feel comfortable and welcomed! Since I am a pastor, I always engage people in conversation and so I appreciate how personable each person is, willing to share some of whats going on in their life. My family has been well served by Dr. Dirani for over 10 years! Friendly, painless, professional - in a cozy environment. Highly recommend - the best dental experience you can have.

I moved here 2 years ago from Arizona where I had the same DDS for many many years. I was so nervous to find a new dentist that I trusted. Not only that, but I was a dental assistant for 15 years. But, I have been MORE than happy with this office and Dr. Dirani. Also, being on that side of the chair can be nerve racking with dental injections (anesthetic), but I swear I hardly felt it. Very friendly staff seem concerned about their patients. Everyone that I interacted with was very nice and made sure I was confortable throughout my whole experience. I had a filling redone and while waiting for the numbing medication to work the dentist himself even went and got a magazine from the waiting room for me. Everything in this office looks brand new and very clean. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Dirani was very PROFESSIONAL while still being COMPASSIONATE and GENTLE. His Assistant Vera is as wonderful as Dr.Dirani,you can tell they take GREAT PRIDE in what they do. They make you feel so comfortable and they have a great sense of humor. The Hygentists Lina & Miriam both PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and LOVABLE they all make you feel part of their family. Great dentist with an awesome staff! Very knowledgeable and easy going with a relaxed no pressure atmosphere! I had them replace all my old silver fillings, some of which were quite large, and it was virtually pain free! By far the the most gentle hand Ive encountered when it came to anesthetic shots, never even felt them! I highly recommend for any dental needs you may have!

I just moved to novi a few months ago and was looking for a dentist and Im so glad I found them.
