.I took my son to this quack 3 years ago for a dental check up. He had three cavities and the quack said he would fill two of them. This was fine because my family at the time was on a limited budget. We scheduled the next appointment to have the cavities filled. My son was in there for three hours for a hour and half procedure. When I went to ask the staff what was taking so long, I was told to have seat and wait because they were busy. Finally the quack came out and told me he did all three fillings which added a substantial amount to the dentist bill. I asked him why he did that when we agreed on only two for the time. The third would be done in two weeks. He said because it was right there and because he could. I told I would not pay for the third because we did not agree to it. I had on previous occasions explained that we were on a tight budget and he promised he would work with us. Well that never came to light and I did not pay for the third filling. If you go to an auto clinic and ask for one new tire and they put on two without telling you and want you to pay for it amounts to fraud. I should have filed a complaint with the state and the medical board but it I did not think of it.

I love coming to this office! I have had nothing but great experiences... everyone at the office is very welcoming and the front desk staff is very helpful! Dr. Navetta does great work too. I would recommend this office to anyone!!
