I live out of state. I called to check to see if my son who went to this facility for treatment was still was still in the er. The person was very rude. Well seeing that I work in a hospital I called back just to make sure he was not admitted due to what he was being seen for again the same person answered tif borgess allows this this type of type of treatment at one of its sister hospitals how is the care at the there and what is their motto he phone was told you called here earlier and I told you he is not here. I am proud to say the facility I work for that type of treatment of patients family members would not be tolerated. I am glad my son wasnt admitted there

If I could give them Zero stars I would. I should have stayed with my gut instinct and went to South Bend. The doctor had no bed side manners, I sat there crying for 3 1/2 hours in pain my foot sliced and glass in it. The doctor ripped it back open when it was healing and did nothing to stop or sooth me. Then left me to leave with nothing than a gauze wrap around my foot. I could have gotten staph, my foot to this day hurts so bad when it was incorrectly stitched up. NEVER AGAIN!

Slow ....services room was Dirty as hell Nurse only can in one to check up on me Like seriously youre probably get better experience the prison hospital

Worst place ever. They are so rude and unprofessional. I wouldnt go back there if i were bleeding out and they were right across the street.
