I was severely depressed wanting to end my life and was intoxicated. I had been drinking for several weeks and was beginning to go into withdrawals. I was told I would be held overnight for observation. While withdrawing from alcohol I was transferred to a room where I was checked on maybe 2 times and given nothing for the withdrawal. As my blood pressure was checked it was so high the nursse said the machine must be malfunctioning. As I lay shaking, sweating, asking for medical assistance I was offered a sand which. At 4am I was told nothing was wrong with me and was discharged. I explained I had no ride at that time and asked if I could at least stay until the later morning. I was denied and was forced to walk to Buchanan with no socks in dress shoes the way I was administered. After several hours of walking and with feet bloodied beyond recognition I made it home. This hospital should be ashamed of itself, staff, and doctors it working there.

The emergency room Drs are horrible. They took one look at me saw tattoos and a piercing judged me and decided i wasnt worth treating. Also wouldnt give my daughter antibiotics for a ear infection. Said they would give her some then another dr came in a half hour later and said no If it still hurts come back in a few days. This used to be a great hospital now its a hell hole. If you want to be treated dont go here. Go to the new memorial hospital in mishawaka. I see all the bad reviews and Im sorry they treated everyone so horribly. I hope you all called and made a report. No one should be treated that way by people that are there and we are paying to take care of us.

Go to Lakeland Hospital if you want to be judged and dismissed based on your sexuality! They do such a great job at it. A doctor went juuuuuust far enough to make sure that we knew to be unwelcome but not far enough to call him on it. His body language and intonation spoke his homophobic nature. Once he found out we are gay he visibly lost interest in helping us. Ive been to the hospital lots of times, many for my own issues. Lakeland Health has made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome based on my sexuality before. Hey Lakeland Health! Youre supposed to be helping people not deciding who deserves to be helped!

Recently used their emergency department for post operative gallbladder pain. I was told iI may still have stones in my bile from the surgery by a different doctor. l was given pain meds and labs were ran. Never received a scan to actually see what the underlying issue was that was causing the pain. Was only given something to mask the pain and sent home still in pain with more meds to mask it. Kind of disappointed with the doctors lack of understanding : /leaving here not knowing what is wrong.

I called the ER to explain what was happening with my foot I was told to come in because I shouldnt be in this much pain 5 days later. I was seen by a Dr. Callahan he said what do you want me to do? Your JOB Dr. Callahan is what I want you to do I wouldnt be here if I knew how to make the pain go away. I will never be back to that hospital again. There is a reason they have a rating so low. Dont waste your time go to Memorial

They took awful care of my mother the last time she had to stay here. They never called or stop by to take her dinner order. By the time we were made aware of this the kitchen had been closed for ten minutes. It took a nurse 20 minutes to respond and her response was bringing a box lunch containing a hard sugar cookie, a ham and cheese sandwich, and an apple to feed a person who had no teeth and no dentures. What. The. Hell.

The doctor didnt care what was wrong with me doctor Tamara Grady, she never tested me for what I needed and sent me off with Tylenol they didnt help me at all

Poor double charged me and said they charge for a room and then doctor separate worst experience at a hospital I would rather die then go here
