Took my daughter here as she was complaining of tooth pain. The staff is nice enough, but somehow found it necessary to send my daughtera pediatrician a nasty note stating that she has "severe decay." The pediatrician looked in my daughters mouth and stated that no, she does not have severe decay. It would have been nice to know that they intended on contacting my daughters primary care provider, and also how lowly they thought of the situation. The dentist did little more than check in her mouth - no x-ray or full exam. I do not recommend, nor will we return.

Due to unexpected car problems the same day of my appt, I had to call and reschedule my first appointment here. The receptionist was rude and said, "I wish we wouldve known sooner." I wish I wouldve known sooner that my car was going to break down, too. I fully understand the need to avoid same day cancellations but sometimes its unavoidable.The receptionist needs to understand that she is the first line of contact with new patients, and her attitude is simply unacceptable to me. I will not be rescheduling.

Unfortunately it doesnt allow for zero stars. STAY AWAY! The shoddy work that Dr. McDougal did fell out in less than a year. Corrections to her work are going to cost in excess of $6,000. The billing clerk will say whatever it takes to get you into the chair and doesnt care, even when you tell her what shes saying doesnt sound right. If you get stuck with a $1,200 because she lies to you about what shes checked, youre stuck with it.

I cant even give then a half star. The lady at the front desk was unbelievably rude. Do customer service at all! I was going to be late for my appointment and when I called she gave me such a attitude that I was 11min late that she assumed I wasnt showing up. Then had to talk to the dentist to see if they can still squeeze me in... I will be telling everyone never to do business with these people. Unbelievable waste of time.

My three year old son had a cleaning appointment this morning and Dr. McDougal and her hygienist Kelly were incredible. They made it fun and made sure that he was comfortable and understood what was happening. He has had a few visits since he was a year old, but each time they do a little more and help to keep him excited to be there. I would strongly recommended Dr. Fichter and Dr. McDougal for both adult and children.

I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and it turned out the first appointment was just a check up and I had to schedule a second appointment for a cleaning. It also felt like they were trying to get as many people in and out the door as possible. Overall the staff is very friendly but the 2 appointment routine and rushed pace is annoying. I will go to a family dentist for my next cleaning.

Im not sure why there are bad reviews on here. This is a great dental office to go to. Close by, friendly staff, great doctors, and a very family friendly environment. They only recommend what they think is best for your health. I would recommend this dental office to any of my friends and family.
