I went here for the first time and highly do not recommend this place. First while I was in the room with my dog they didnt quiet shut the door. So the entire time I was in the room I listened to the lady running her mouth bad talking either me or the other customer. Talking about how they are dressed to how stupid they are. so i got up to see who it was. Once i saw who it was I thought it was only fair for everyone to know her name. So if you use this place Her name is Nancy she likes to run her mouth behind customers backs and bad talk them. Second my dog was only there for blood work and they gave my dog a shot. So i told them what where they doing and after i asked did they realized they messed up and the charts or something and gave the shot to the wrong animal. So whoever is in charge at this place needs to watch how things are run at this clinic. Worse clinic I have ever been to people bad mouthing the clients behind there backs to getting charts mixed up. This place could of killed my dog with there screw up for a simple blood work. Don,t waste your time with this place unless your willing to risk your animals health or life.

Very poor treatment of animals and people. They did not fully treat my dog and the receptionist tried to make me feel terrible by saying i am abusive to my dog. She also tried tp talk me into giving my dog to her. I am disgusted and will no longer be taking my cat or my dog to this horrid place. My animals are my life and they go about accusing people of things they are not doing. Shame on them. If your animal is sick and suffers weight loss, take them somewhere else for proper treatment.

Dr. Thorpe always goes above and beyond if something is seriously wrong with your dog that isnt easy to label. I cannot imagine the countless hours she spends working on cases behind the scenes that she obviously isnt billing for. For anyone that runs a business you understand what it means to work for free because you love your job and sometimes she is doing exactly that. Her and her staff are always friendly and extremely attentive. If you are looking for a great vet give them a call.

Truly amazing!!! Dr. Thorpe and her team are awesome! They really love your pets as their own and care for them accordingly. Thorpe Animal Hospital is a 45 minute drive from my house and the love and compassion all the ladies show on a regular basis make it worth the trip. Definitely take your furry family members to Dr. Thorpe, you wont be sorry!

We started seeing Dr. Thorpe when she worked at Koprowski. She is always kind to our dogs and to us. She would even come to our house when we had to put our dogs to sleep. That was an important thing for our family. She is always willing to talk to you about your different options in care or treatment.

Nice staff, I paid $90.00 for grooming of my cat, which is fine. The groomer didnt bath my cat, and my cat was sedated.So my cat had a hair cut that was chopped up. How can you mess up a hair cut? when the cat is a sleep. My cat fur was still dusty.. I will never go back. I was very disappointed!!!!

The Dr. and staff was very comforting when we had to take our 17 year old cat in for help. They were even more there for us when we had to say goodbye to her. They are a very understanding group of people who you know they are there for the animals and not the money.

They are very friendly, and concerned about your pet. They even call to see if everything is going good after your visit.They spend the time with you as needed, they dont just come in and look and ship you out the door. Highly recommended.

All of the staff there were so polite and professional! My guinea pig was fixed up and taken care of perfectly by everyone there! I highly recommend this office for your animals needs!

Dr Thrope and staff are wonderful. They take good care of my animals. Dr Thrope has been my vet for over 6 years. I wouldnt imagine taking my animals to anyone else.
