I would NEVER go to this place again!!! I came for an emergency and had to wait over 30 minutes just to get my doog looked at when the place was absolutly empty. All that the vet did was check her heart and temperature and tell me to rush to a hospital because they could not do anything...and than charge me 50 dollars for that!!! Not only did I find them to be rude, but when I got to the hospital they told me that the vet I went to didnt even have her temperature correct!!! If you love your animal, do not go here

Very friendly staff. Very polite and obvious animal lovers. They all came down to the floor to make my dog as comfortable as possible. Their relationship with MHS also seems genuine and not just a connection to drum up business. The waiting room and exam rooms were all pet friendly hard surfaces. It might feel cold, but the purpose cant be overstated.

Went to VCA our first visit about a month ago. Our dog, like most, is skittish, but our vet Casey Robinson was excellent. He was patient with the pooch, explained things very well and is both very professional and considerate. He will be our vet for the rest of our time in the metro Detroit area. VCA Facilities 4/5, Dr. Robinson 5/5

I love love love this clinic. Dr. Shocksnyder is the best and I wouldnt take my babies anywhere else. I drive quite the distance just to see her. She truly cares about her patients and its evident in how she treats them. The rest of the staff is kind and gentle aswell. They accept coupons, credit cards and pet insurance.

My vet is great, but too corporate here. She didnt know the antibiotic equivalent off Meijer free antibiotics list and had to research it. She was on the path to science diet prescription. I am trying a non rx way first. I will probably go to a ma and PA place. Also every time I go the rooms stink really bad or a bit.
