I was in last week with my precious Skittles. She was bleeding and very ill. I am very happy to say she is 100% better. Solid bowel movements without bleeding. Eating and drinking normally. If it hadnt been for the wonderful doctors at this hospital I dont think she would still be with us. We are truckers and this was the town we were in at the time of the crisis. I believe God was on our side by placing us in this town. I couldnt have asked for better care for my Baby Skittles. Thank you all sooo much I cant imagine my life without her. And to my fellow animal lover who names her pets after candy...I would love to be Facebook friends. We met you for a reason. Thank you all so much for everything you did for my girl. And to the Garden City office we are forever grateful for you also. Thanks so much ladies. You saved my baby!

My dog was dignosed with congestive heart failure and these guys have been doing everything they can to help, the Last time they seen him (3 weeks ago) after he just got out of ICU in Novi, I could see in their face they didnt think he was going to last much longer and asked where I wanted to go from there. At that point I was not sure. Today my dog is doing awesome! Im glad I didnt make any decisions I couldnt take back. They truly love animals here and are not just after money. DR. Jane is now my go to vet for my dog Jax. They constantly call to see how he is and if everything is ok. Most vets dont do that. Will never take my pets else where.

Our beloved Shepherd mix, Lucy, had a degenerative injury and wed been to several vets to ease her pain and slow the loss of sensation in her back end. Dr. Collins and her staff were wonderful. They were incredibly understanding when I needed help getting Lucy inside and Dr. Collins was able to put together the right combination for our girl. Without her meds, Lucy would not have made it through the winter. Livonia vet gave us several more months with her. As an added comfort, a donation was made in Lucys name to MSUs Animal Companion Fund. We will definitely choose this vet for our future needs.

Our cat Oliver recently had a urinary blockage, and we had to take him to the emergency vet because it was a Saturday night. We called LVH first thing this morning (Monday) and let them know what was going on, and asked if we could bring him in for a follow up. We were able to get our boy in the same day, and Dr. Jan (Collins) is wonderful with him! She takes so much care in making sure our fur babies (we have 3 cats total) are well taken care of. She is honest and very supportive to make sure that, not only are the pet taken care of, but the pet owners can have peace of mind as well. Thank you!

This clinic really impressed me! They went above and beyond to accomodate not only my dog, but me too. I was by myself with my three young children and my dog. When I pulled up the receptionist greeted me outside and helped me bring everybody in!! We did not wait long at all, in the waiting room or for the vet. Once the doc came in she was very friendly, efficient and seemed knowledgeable when it came to the care my dog needed. Reasonably priced as well. We are happy to call this our new vet!

Dr Jan was great, Dr in the office today was horrible and doesnt seem to like animals. Argued with us the entire visit. We will not ever go back which is too bad because when Dr Jan was there I loved the place. The turnover in the office is crazy and the wonderful vet techs seem to hate working there so I can see why they leave. No one who likes animals would stay. Cant even put into words how disappointed we are.

Would not recommend this place. This vet is definitely going downhill. The turnover in employees is ridiculous. Something must be wrong from the top (Dr Jan) to cause such a huge staff turnover, presumably because they are not treated right, get fed up and leave. Clients are being affected too and want to leave. You dont see this at other vets

I have been taking my animals to Dr.Jan for Years. She really loves animals and is an amazing vetrinarian. I used to go to her father and he was also amazing. If I said Dr Jan in front of my dog butchie he would run to the door and cry. He was sick a lot, but Loved going to see Dr Jan....to me thats impressive!!

Friendly staff, good care. They saved our puppys life. Long waits (45 to 60+ minutes) for your appointment, with only one vet in the office at a time and veterinarians change off days, so you never see the same one. Overall, good quality care but staffing could definitely be improved.

I came in as a walk-in, at the end of the day when they had finished seeing clients, to have an exam and prescription filled for my dog. Everyone was so nice and very understanding. I cant say THANK YOU enough to Gabby and Dr. Lynch for squeezing me in!

dr. jan and her staff are awesome. they take excellent care of all 3 of my dogs. they also took loving care of my chulita for a number of years before she went to "rainbow bridge" in july of 2016.

Very outdated and dirty interior. The cost was also fairly high.. However the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
