After going to Allen since my dog and cat were young, I thought that were great. Over priced, but were good. Now that my dog is old, she is having more issues and Allen Animal Hospital completely messed up all of her treatments. The worst is they missed torn ligaments in both her knees that happened years ago but was only discovered today when I took her to a different vet. My poor dog has been in pain from these ligaments for years and the vets at Allen didnt even notice she had torn ligaments. Never again will I let anyone here treat my animals. Not only is my new vet much better and is actually treating my dog properly, shes also less expensive.

We brought our dog in to see Dr. Boland today. It was our first time visiting the office and we were very happy with the experience. We are new to the area, so when our dog needed to see a doctor, we werent sure exactly where to go. The office was able to get us a same day appointment. Dr. Boland was great. She was kind and patient and answered all of our questions. We look forward to continuing our relationship in the future.

All our dogs have been regular patients here over the years. All of the staff have always been very courteous and always very accommodating. Our four legged kids are the better for it. They are upfront with all the costs involved and very clearly have our pets best interests at heart. Yes, Ive been lectured more than once. I can highly recommend them w/o any reservation.

We used Allen Animal Hospital for 20 years with all of our cats, several of whom lived to be over 15 years old. They are caring, professional, charge reasonably and always treated our pets with dignity and affection. Dr. Boland was our primary vet and she is wonderfully kind and knowledgeable. 3 thumbs up (or whatever Google is using these days).

the allen animal hospital runs the so called "rescue" "wags and whiskers" that declaws all cats and kittens before them adopting out. they should be ashamed for not only violating the AVMA-policy but also for pretending to be a rescue.
