If I could give negative I would. My sisters 17 year old dog had a major seizure and was completely paralyzed so it was definetly time to let him go. I called around to find a vet that didnt require an appt. Took him in and tge tech brought us right in the room to wait for the vet. After a few minutes I see a foreign man rush into the building and a minute later that same man is coming into the room, doesnt introduce himself just says hes giving Jake a sedative and then hell give the second shot. After a minute he takes out his stethoscope and listens for a heartbeat. He then puts his fingers on where I would assume he hears the heartbeat and takes the syringe and sticks the needle in and then slowly pulls it out and sticks it in occasionally pulling back on the plunger getting blood in the syringe, he repeats this at least 5 times then he pulls it completely out and looks at it and there is a little bit of blood in the fluid and I ask is there a reason why youre not injecting and in broken English he says something to the effect of Im looking for the heart and this Blood isnt the right color so he sticks it back in and pulls it out a little and does this at least three more times before finally injecting. After a couple minutes Jake is still breathing so he precedes to do this all over again in the meantime my sister is standing next to me crying her eyes out because she has to put her dog down. Now I understand that it is acceptable to inject into the heart to put a dog down but from my understanding it is the last resort when you are having difficulties he didnt even attempt to put it in the leg this took an enormous amount of time and was completely uncalled for. I will never take an animal there again whether its to have the animal put down or a simple injection its as if he had no sympathy for the animal or their owner.

We took our dogs in because saw worms in one of their stools. Well the one we just got was a puppy so we arent sure which one it was. It looked like tape worm segment, they werent round or hook worms. We paid to get a stool sample and waited. The Dr. came in with blood all over his face and lab coat! He then told us that it is round worm and tape worm. We paid for the medication then all the sudden he comes in with another injection and he said it was for the hook worm. We said you told us is was round work and tape worm. He said no, round, hook and tape work. THAT IS NOT WHAT HE TOLD US!! He overcharged us for what he gave our dogs. And you could barely understand anything that he said. We brought the dogs back home and a week later we found they had fleas! They didnt have them before they went and even the Dr. and Nurse checked them and they didnt have them! They had gotten the fleas from the office! I am so disgusted with this practice!

Vet was extremely leery of our little cockatiel, just in for a first visit check up. I asked about a fecal sample to test, since his younger cagemate died at the ER last night, (malnutrition due to small intestine absorption issues, possible bacterial infection) and even when our bird pooped on my daughters shoulder, they just brought tissues to clean it up, instead of scooping it up to check the very fresh sample out. I asked about baseline blood work TWICE and they didnt do it. Doc was also very rough with the birds wings while checking him out. We were initially going to have them trim his toe nails, but after seeing how unconfident and poorly he handled the bird, I changed my mind and decided that service, since I didnt trust them to do it comfortably and safely. I have no experience with this office with mammals, but dont advertise that you do exotics without being comfortable with them.

I recently got a new kitten and I wanted to get it shots and I brought my cat there and we had the cat for about a month or two before I brought her in and once I returned home somehow she got fleas from the office and she gave fleas to my other animal. I tried to see if they would compensate me for that and they wouldnt. Im a hundred percent sure that my cat got fleas from their office because I had her for months before that and she had no fleas and then as soon as I bring her home she has fleas and she also infested my other cat. I tried to get either reimbursed or tried to have them pay for my next flea treatment and they told me they couldnt do that. Its unacceptable I have no reason to lie I just want the service that I paid for and I didnt pay to get fleas thats for sure. If you plan on going make sure you check your pet very closely after leaving.

I have never had a bad experience here. I have been able to walk in , without an appointment and not be charged an arm and a leg for emergency services. They will meet you there after hours when needed, also without charging the high emergency fees other vets charge. I am on a fisxed income and I tell them when I get there. They do an exam (no charge, for everyone btw) and then give me my options, with cost. They have even treated my animals and , when it was more than I had, we worked out a plan so I could pay later. ((That actually involves treating my animal, and taking as much meds as I can afford, then coming back and getting the rest)). They are very caring and gentle with my animals. The office has ALWAYS been clean. I have NEVER been there and it be dirty or cold (as stated by someone else).

Made an appointment to get my cats rabies shot at 6:30pm. Got there on time, the nurse put me in a room upon entering the office. The table for the animals to lay on was filthy with dog hair and dried up who knows what (youd think they would wipe it down before allowing another animal to be on it. The chairs in the room were covered in animal hair as well with dried up drool. I sat and waited as two patients got treated and left, another patient came in and the doctor immediately went to that room. I walked out at 8pm due to not getting seen. Not to mention, the doctor acted disgusted when i told him that my cat had fleas and that i was having trouble keeping them off of her, he acted afraid to even touch her. Good prices but horrible service. I will be taking my service else where.

2/12/16 Worst experience ever!!!! We arrived 10 minutes before our 10am appointment to get my cat neutered. I had called the day before and the lady quoted me $49 + meds to go home. When we arrived no one in the office, and it was closed. So I sat in my car for 10 minutes. Finally I see vet pull in. Me and my 3 year old daughter go in to the office. Its freezing inside. No Heat the guy says. and pulls out his portable heaters. Then he comes and exams my cat, said I need vaccinations which was fine $77. Then he writes up the bill for the cat $190. a $49 dollar appoint tripled. So they are performing surgeries in a non heated building and tripling the quote price. We walked out. Do not go. They cant even pay their heating bill
