My Dogs have been patients of Dr. STEVE for 10 years. He is so Great with our Yellow & Choc Labs, Hayley & Chloe. He gets down on the floor & lets them greet him with lots of kisses. Yesterday, was a very sad day for our Family. We had to put our beloved Lab, Hayley to sleep. She was only 11 years old and had Bone Cancer for a year and a half. Sadly, the time had come. We did everything we could do with Dr. Steves help, during that time to keep her comfortable. The Westland Office was very kind & Professional. They had our room ready, so we could carry her right in. Dr. BARB was so sweet & patient. Gave us as much time, as we needed to say our Good-byes. Hayley didnt feel anything, didnt even flinch. I felt it was handled so well, at such an Emotional moment. We have watched Dr. Steve expand his Practice over the years. Sent everybody I know here for Excellent Vet Care. Thank you all again, for your Wonderful Pet Care.

I can not thank the staff enough. I have two puppies who for the past month and a half have been sick. Spending probably 1000$ of dollars since we got them at a different vets office . My daisy had bloody diarrhea very very bad I called the old vet they tried to tell me they couldnt see her knowing how sick she had been for a few days. she had thrown up twice and had diarrhea four times in an hour. I asked them what she said we cant get her in for a few days I said okay well Ill have to take her somewhere else they said okay thank you ... my mom suggested this vet thats where she takes her dog. Even though only one vet was working even though they had a busy day they still took the time to see my dog and treat her. She is already feeling better and I think we finally found the problem. Dr Barbara was the best and Ill be sending all my friends to healthy paws from now on! Thank you so much for taking care of my baby

Very helpful and friendly! When I took my little dog in originally it was to get his shots. He is old and blind(poor baby). He also had very bad breath. It had been getting progressively worse. I had been taking him to another place for his shots, etc. Every time I would ask about his breath and they would tell me he needed his teeth cleaned and some pulled. There cost was apprx. $1000, but no other help for him. The very first visit to Healthy Paws he was prescribed an antibiotic for the infection for the infection in his mouth. Within 3 days no more bad breath. The price for the cleaning and extractions is considerably less. Now my husband and I are saving to have this done so he will be more comfortable. This is the worst business I have ever had the displeasure of entering. I was looking around for a new vet in the area, having moved from out of state, and called to get some pricing to get my dog fixed. They made me set up an appointment for a consultation in order to give me a price. Well, they tried to charge me an "exam fee" for my pricing consult and when I told them that they should have informed me of a charge for a consultation prior to see me and my dog, they told me they would "waive" the fee and that I was no longer welcome in their facility. Very unprofessional and definitely not somewhere I would trust with my pet. Avoid this scam facility at all costs, Im so glad I didnt give this place $400+ to fix my dog.

Have never met a veterinarian that was so compassionate , loving an carrying of animals, Dr, Steve is currently taking care of my best friend Domino , who is very sick , not sure yet whats going on but not ruling out cancer, I had no money live on a fixed income myself an Dr, Steve has went beyond all means to help my 10 1/2 year old lab retriever, I will forever b appreciative an greatful, no matter what the outcome is, I would go beyond all means to recommend Healthy Paws to anyone in any situation, the staff is remarkable an very understanding an compassionate as well , Thank u all from the bottom of my heart for being the best u can b ur all are truly amazing:)

These people are like family to you and your fur babies, compassionate, and loving, and patient.. I will miss my sweet monster every waking moment of everyday.. but when Mr. Wiggles was here with us the staff and doctors at this vet gave him everything they had until the very last moment; built a mutual respect and love with my dog that held consistent all the time they knew each other. I trust them with my life(in other word my fur babies)and I went through alot of doctors to land in their lap. Wordd cannot begin to express my appreciation of them! Thank you for all you guys do and have done!!

after the service that was suppose to do an in home euthanasia on my poor kitty Rascal canceled at the last minute I had to find some where to do it quickly as he was suffering. we took him here and I am so glad we did. everyone was so nice and sympathetic. I loved the female dr. sorry dont know her name but she was wonderful. explained everything very good and was so kind and compassionate. she made the whole bad experience a little easier. Im sorry I didnt remember your name.Thank you for making my babys last minutes easier. Definitely will go back there. I have two other cats

I cant even begin to get into how amazing our one experience was here. Everyone from the receptionist Matt, to the vet herself, Dr. Charney was so helpful, kind and professional. Though we were not regular patients here, they took our wounded Great Dane in at 4:30 on a Saturday. They could have easily turned us away and recommended us to an emergency care that probably would have cost us triple the amount of money. They did incredible work stitching up our Dane and every single person was warm and helpful through the entire process.

Finally able to see Dr. STEVE for my anxious gsd dog. He did a wonderful job understanding my issues and helping to fix the problem. He assisted with my Rott when he had bone cancer. Eventually putting him to sleep. I also have a puppy pit bull that is seen at the facility, sees another vet which is also helpful. I enjoy and appreciate the wonderful staff. My puppy pit is currently attending the daycare program, which is also a great asset for socialization. Very reasonable prices for the services provided. Thank you Healthy Paws.

Front desk staff was too busy talking too each other about weekend plans to listen to anything i said about my fur baby. Asked me questions i just told them the answer to five minutes prior but didnt hear the answer because they were not listening. Transferred old records over for my pup and they still wrote the wrong heartworm prevention prescription regardless of the fact that it said the correct one on previous records. I had to call and get new one to pick up. Will not be back to this vet...
