I have been taking my cats here for the last 9 years or so. unlike most vets (i know a few vets personally whom i would never trust my pets to) every employee here seems to genuinely care about animals. its not just a paycheck to them, and they dont have that desensitized apathy that plagues most medical personnel. One stray i picked up had FIV, Cardiomyopathy, herpes, AND a bad eye infection. i was ready to put him to sleep but they insisted he could live a nice (though short) life without much risk of infecting my other cats, and gave me advice how to care for him and keep the other 2 safe from infection. I trusted their word and care of him and now, even 4 years later, hes remained healthy and active, and so are my other two fluffballs. yes, they are a bit expensive. for some routine stuff, i go to Banfield at Petsmart, only because theyre cheaper. for more important procedures, love, and good advice, nothing beats Jeffreys.

I called today to schedule a neutering appointment for my kitten that I purchased from a cattery and he’s up to date on all his shots. In order to for them to neuter my kitten they still wanted to give him a distemper shot and a rabbi shot. My kitten has never been outside, so I don’t know why a rabbi shot is even necessary. Distemper is so long gone off the face of the earth it’s like giving a kid a polio shot. I’ve had so many bad experiences with this veterinarian with my last cat I dont why I even called them. It just reminded me of the past experiences that I had with them. They misdiagnosed my last cast too many times. He passed away at the age of seven. This place is only about the money and not the care of your pet.

Ive had two dogs under Dr. Demetrious care -- and I have to say, Im VERY impressed with her ministrations. Shes very knowledgeable, quick to explain anything shes doing or Im not aware of -- and most of all, the bill doesnt inflate just sitting in the examining room. If you tell her youre there just for an exam, she has no problem with it -- and will make recommendations -- versus taking it upon herself to do things just to make your visit more expensive. Overall, 5 out of 5. Shes better than a LOT of "people" doctors! ;]

I resuced 3 kitten from sure death in a barn up north, hand feed got fixed and shots on needed a $300 surgery for a hurenia and now one has an eye infection so I called them to see if there was any thing they could do to help with the cost of a office vist or do a payment plan with me and they turned me away, so yes it is all about the money at this vet, its rather sad that some one who love animals so much will turn one away over $45 after all the money already spent.

Ive been going to them for 9 years and they are the best! They are great at getting you in fast! Professional, knowledgable, nice, compassionate, reasonable, understanding, and I love that they will work with you. My dogs always get excellent attention and service. As of lately it seems Dr. Bialach has been seeing us when appointments are scheduled and I couldnt be happier with her service.

Good but very pricey. Too pricey. Upsetting since I have been with Jeffrey for several years but find they are simply too consistently expensive across the board. I just went elsewhere for a very well performed dental cleaning and tooth extraction for half the Jeffrey estimated cost for my dog. We are talking about a three hundred dollars difference.

My family and I have gone here for nearly 20 years. I have always been impressed with the care and treatment that has been given to both of my dogs. Our first dog passed away at 17 years old, and he was given excellent medical care throughout - up until the very last minutes of his life. Now I bring my 3-year old dog to Jeffrey, and we love it!

As an employee and customer, my review may be a bit biased. Jeffrey isnt only an animal hospital, its a family. Ive worked at several veterinarians, and I can truly say, theres no place like Jeffrey. I just took our rabbit to Dr. Demetriou for his first check-up. I was reluctant, because Ive heard so many stories of vets trying to talk pet owners into expensive and unnecessary treatments. Dr. Demetriou was great! She was prompt, efficient, and gave me the info I needed with no hard sell. Overall, I very pleasant experience!
