Fabulous! I had an emergency with my cat, and being an OTR truck driver and away from home and my usual vet put me in a bad situation. My cats eye was swollen shut. I called VCA and they told me to come over, got me worked in very quickly on a Monday afternoon. The staff was very friendly, polite, and professional. You could tell they really care. Dr. Nath took his time, answered all my concerns, and has a great way with cats (he personally has 2). My cat loved them as well, because he typically hisses and growls when at the vet, but at Southland I never heard a peep out of him the entire time! Even when held down for his oral medication! The prescription drugs here were very reasonably priced, along with the office visit. I would not hesitate to take my companion back here, and if I lived close by I would make Southland my normal vet. I even got a follow up phone call on Tuesday by Dr. Nath. THANK YOU Southland!

If I could I would give VCA ZERO stars. I took my dog to VCA for an emergency situation. $640 later as I was walking out the door I had no information regarding my pets health other than a few guesses. I received some overpriced medication and reoccurring issues. When I contacted the corporate level. It took them 15 days to respond to my multiple emails. When I finally got to talk to the area manager her attitude was no better. Their solution was that "it is what it is". Which is just a nicer way of saying screw you. I will never visit VCA again, they are only after your money. There are plenty of higher quality vets around. Dont be fooled by the VCA name. It doesnt mean anything.

Dr nath is excellent. Very caring and most of all very intelligent. Im so glad I brought my gsd to him. After multiple misdiagnosis from Southgate animal hosp. Dr nath saved my best friend...ty dr nath!!!

I have to say this is one of the best Veterinarian I have ever gone to. Had a emergency with my puppy and the Vet . called me 4 times from his cell phone to check on her ..that means the world too me.

The people that work here is gteat and their prices. Just not happy about they have no lab and send out to a lab and takes a couple dsys for a result.
