I have reviewed this Veterinary service in the past saying that this is the best veterinary I have every visited along with their no pressure sales and reasonable price, their knowledge, caring and understand are outstanding; this goes for both the doctors and the staff. This time I would like to add to my appreciate of them going the extra mile to find a compounding pharmacy to create the pain medication I needed for my cocker spaniel. The medication they originally ordered was no longer available in table form which had to be split and was now only in capsule form which couldnt be split. My girl couldnt take the human liquid form because there is an ingredient poisonous to dogs, of which they were also well informed. Now my little girl has the right medication, made just for her, due to their persistence.

HPVH is the best for taking care of my dog. Coolidge has had a chronic eye/ear issue that others vets couldnt resolve. Dr. Krieger quickly identified a food allergy as the source of the problem. I switch the dog to a gluten-free food and his itchy/goopy eye problems went away. Did I mention convenient? I live in the Milford area and their office is in the back of a Pets Plus pet food store, also next to a groomer. One stop shopping!

Needed to have the cat neutered and declawed after rescuing. This office required vaccinations before surgery which is understandable. I was quoted a price for declaw and neuter and had him scheduled for tomorrow. They just called me to inform me that they dont do a "normal declaw" and the price they quoted me was wrong because all they perform is a laser declaw which is $100 more. Needless to say, I am NOT happy.

Took in cat that I thought was my missing male fixed Himalyan. Doc treated for worms, examined cat and told me HE was fine. One week later SHE gave birth to 3 kittens. When I called to ask if the worm medicine would hurt the new kittens I couldnt even get a call back. I understand mistakes can happen but to not even call back and check on the kittens that could have easily died from the worm medicine is unacceptable.

First time visit for my daughters sick guinea pig. The diagnosis was not good but they were up front and gave a us a plan of attack for something to try. I got a bit emotional thinking of my poor daughter and they were very kind. I was seen immediately and the price was very reasonable. I will be taking my dog and cat next time they need to be seen.

Both our cat and dog are patients at Healthy pet. All staff is very friendly and accommodating. The fact that they are located within a pet store is very convenient. Ive never felt pressured or "sold" on any treatment or service. The prices are fair as well. We look forward to their appointments.
