We have had great experience with this office. All of the staff were very friendly and kind, they spent plenty of time with us listening to our concerns and answering our questions, making sure we understood. Dr. Reynolds was great with our nervous dog, letting her smell things before he touched her with them and talking to her in a gentle soothing voice. They didnt push her beyond was she was comfortable with and let her have time to calm down between different things that they did. Her diagnosis was explained in detail to me as was her treatment plan and I felt very comfortable trusting what the dr and staff had to say. I also think its worth noting that no weird products were pushed on us and we werent made to feel bad that our dog wasnt up to date on her vaccines and things. Overall I would absolutely recommend Veterinary Associates to anyone and everyone looking for exceptional care for their pets. Thank you for treating my furry family member with the utmost care.

Called to inquire about their home visits and the person who answered was very rude. I explained how we were considering putting our dog down (hes very old and cant walk) and asked if they offered a home euthanasia service. She himmed and hawed and basically acted like I was asking for the moon, when it says on their website that they offer home visits. I guess the website neglected to mention its only for loyal customers. See weve never been to this vet and I dont think she liked that. At least just tell me no, dont be rude... Im already sad we have to put our dog down, Im trying to do whats best for him and then I have to deal with people who act like Im being presumptous, when it says on their site they offer a home service!! ridiculous!

Dont go to this vet. Ive spent tons of money and paid my account in full. Instead of talking with me the doctor can only state my computer says you owe me a $100.00 there even was a staff member who remembered that I came in to pay it but the machine was down so.i called and did this over the phone. Its bad enough they over charge for services but to call me a liar sets me off. I wont pay and will have them looked into. I will never go here again either. I hope the office goes out of business soon. Reply of what the owner said well that is funny why would I pay you all this money but 100.00 does that makes sense. Common sense. Btw my animals are fine you make it sound like I abuse them by your concern for them. What a joke.

Dr . Reynolds has been taking care of my dog Duke for 8 years. Duke is one of those dogs with a lot of health issues. Dr. Reynolds has always been very thorough when caring for him. what I really respect about him is he will call me back personally (if necessary) when I have questions..If hes not quite sure of the answer, he cares enough about your pet that he will research and call you back again. The receptionist are also the kindest most loving group of ladies that are very knowledgeable in pet care and always make my animals and I feel very welcome.

At Veterinary Associates, my best friend receives really great and compassionate care. Taz is my 10 year old beagle with some back issues and he received wonderful care. After some time, working with the vet, a chiropractor and some medication, my dog now is just like he was before he hurt his back. No unnecessary procedures were pushed on us. How refreshing to have a vet hear how we wanted our pet treated. I highly recommend their services.

I wouldnt take Coco to any other vet!! She is having severe anxiety and i talked to them abt it and we are trying a natural medication to help her. Then i couldnt get her to take the medication and was told abt a pill pocket treat that could be used and Coco loves her treat each day not realizing their is a capsule in each one. I appreciate their input and help so much!! I highly recommend taking your pet here!!

I rarely give a 5 star review but this is warranted. We have a rescue dog that does not like his paws touched. The staff at Vet associates go out of their way to make Grady as comfortable as possible, then three and sometimes four techs gently hold him to trim his nails. No extra cost, just genuine care. Dr Reynolds, your team is awesome!

The doctors and the staff here are all great. Any time of day that Ive been scheduled there are short wait times and most of the time Ill be the only one in the waiting room. That makes a huge difference when you have a cat that doesnt want to be around other pets. I have taken both my cat and dog here and never had a bad experience.

Dr. Reynolds and all of his staff are caring, compassionate people. I had to have my cat euthanized today and they showed respect for our feelings and what we were going through. Thank you for that. They have always treated my pets with nothing but kindness and Dr Reynolds is a very knowledgeable Veterinarian.

I have been going to Veterinary Associates for 35 years and they have taken care of my three cats and one dog. I cant say enough good things about this place. Their professionalism is second to none. The entire staff is great and very kind and caring. They treated my pets as if they were humans.

Recently moved to this area. We were recommended by neighbors for this vet. We are very happy with everyone there. We can always get our dogs in at anytime. Doctor and everyone else has been great with our animals. I would highly recommend veterinary associates. Super people there!!!!!!

I recommend Veterinary Associates to anyone. They are very excellent with your pet. Ive been going to them for 7 years now. My dog loves going to see his vet. A very good sign that you have the right vet. They care about your pet like it was one of there own.
