I wont be back. After constantly calling me and sending text messages reminding me that I was due for a cleaning I finally called and got the appointment scheduled. When I asked the person who scheduled the appointment how much the cleaning would cost she paused and said it was free that I still had one visit left on my gold plan. I asked her if she was sure and she said yes. Long story short, I drive 30 minutes out of my way to get there not to mention left work early and of course they then want to charge me for the appointment that I was told was already covered 100%. I told the girl working that it was very aggravating since I was assured this was covered under the gold plan. She then said well sorry, its not. I walked out, will never be back and said thanks for wasting my day.

Today was my first visit to Dr. DeLauras office and it was the BEST experience Ive ever had!! The staff was very helpful and super friendly! The office is so nice even with a decked out kids section that was adorable as can be. Their hours are great and when I asked to be put on the list for appointments that opened they called me a few times and finally (due to my hectic schedule) was able to move my appointment up. I live 30 minutes away but it was WELL worth the drive! Since I was a new patient they even gave me a welcome card with a gift card for Starbucks!!! Thank you to everyone, especially Kelsey who referred me, at the office and I will continue to go there from now on!!

I am a new patient! I loved the tour of the clean office, the fun gift, the kind staff, the low prices, and the knowledgeable and personable dentist. Everyone l spoke to seemed genuinely concerned about my presenting problem and were happy to do whatever they could to rectify the situation. Plus, the services they offer to reduce anxiety for people who arent thrilled about dental visits was very reassuring. Very pleased and actually looking forward to my cleaning next week! Plan on referring often!

I have regularly attended DeLaura Dental for a few years. I began going there because they were close to home. I have since moved 45 min away and I will continue to go back! For my first time I had to get work done other than your normal cleaning or filling. I had much pain and was hesitant to ge the work done. After going I wish I would have commited sooner. Daina was very helping was able to give me the play by play prior to Dr. Papsin doing the work. Thx again!!

I am a new patient i was there 1st to have my teeth cleaned a lady Daina helped she was absolutely wonderful, I felt so comfortable. Then I had to come back to have 3 cavitys filled and Dr. Papsin was the best with a great sense of humor which means feel less nervous. Even the new young man Jake did a great job. I think I finally found the dentist office that is the best. My family and I will continue to been seen at DeLaura. Keep up the awesome job!!!!!

Once again Dr. DeLaura and staff went above and beyond service. I had shoulder surgery and am still in a sling. Brooke found and then offered a soft rolled up blanket to rest my arm on while the seat is reclined. I was able to relax (well as much as possible while at a dentist office, lol) and not have my arm in pain while Dr. DeLaura did my crown. Thank you so much Brooke for thinking of my arm comfort during this visit.

From beginning to end, my experience at Delaura Dental was pleasant and professional. I actually look forward to my 6 month check-ups! Mallory was my hygienist last week. I would give her 6 stars if I could. Im so thankful to have such caring and competent people to go to for all things dental. I had such a great experience at this offfice; my hygienist Daina was amazing. I will never see another hygienist after seeing her. She was so thorough and made sure i was comfortable. She was the most gentle hygienist ive ever had! Dr papsin was also wonderful. Will definitely be returning to this office.

Let me start by saying I hate going to the dentist. Ive been to some dentists who talk down to me and make me feel like crap. I started going to Dr. Delaura 2 or 3 years ago based on a referral from a friend. Best dentist Ive been to.

They charged me a $24 copay for a cleaning and examination when my insurance covers this at 100%. They explained it by saying they performed some different procedure without informing me. This shark practice dentist just lost 2 patients
